Deli Brothers llc — Restaurant in Coolbaugh Township

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I was on my way to pick up an order for door dash. It was a 10 dollar order, I was two minutes away. I arrived and the doors were locked, but the sign says open. I tried calling them to see if they were open and no answer. Then suddenly a lady opens the door and my boyfriend goes inside to tell them they are picking up an order for a customer. She first tells him “what you want, what you want. I’m about to close” with the nastiest attitude ever. Then she says she didn’t get no door dash order, but you can clearly hear the system going off. She cancels the order and I wasted my time and gas at this place. They need to fix their attitudes and stop being rude to customers who are trying to spend money here or picking up orders that benefits YOUR business.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, but unfortunately i can't. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. If you are ordering more than 1 item, choose a different place, they can't handle it!!! There are NO possibilities to customize a sandwich either, was told they all have to have mayo or no mayo on all of them, no mixing and matching. They lost out on my $200 order because i was "taking all day". They clearly arent in business to make money so dont give them your business. If you like dealing with people who operate at a 4th grade level and treat you like you are a burden to them, then this place is for you. Will not be going back,...

Honestly this deli is one of the best discoveries in the poconos. If your looking for authentic nyc food look no further. There breakfast is to die for. I always get there bacon egg and cheese and it's like I never left nyc. And I'm from queens. For lunch and dinner they have plenty of options. I usually go for the turkey or pastrami sandwich. But guess what they have chopped cheeses and again it's like I never left nyc. It's soo good. I refuse to go anywhere else. The atmosphere there is wonderful as well . I look forward to just talking to the staff. Really just overall a wonderful place....
