I am changing my review because the food has become mediocre at best, prices have gone way up, and service is just terrible as they have hired a guy who doesn’t wear a mask, is extremely arrogant, and has an obvious chip on his shoulder..they also charge for card use like it’s 1984, and food preparation takes forever..it took them 40 minutes for to make one cheese pie when they were pretty much dead and tried to make it my issue when I complained..further more the guy(new kid with a chip on his shoulder) who rang me up challenged me to a physical altercation after I paid..you want to fight me because you do a terrible job and I call you on it? Is this what we’ve come to?..wow, just wow..what makes it even worst is the guy in charge (not a high bar at all) pretty much defended his overly aggressive employee trying to fight customers..needless to say they lost my business today..I’ll travel further and get better...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. My dad came up from florida and we ordered an Italian sub with mayo and hot wings. My dads sandwich had no mayo at all and this is the 2nd time my wings were left in the fryer too long or were old. I called and asked if I could atleast be refunded for the wings. The lady that answered the phone told me they were "cooked fresh every time" like I dont know what over cooked or old food taste like. She then put someone else on the phone who then told me, I would need to bring the wings back to be refunded. So I'm going to interrupt my family's vacation up here to drive 20 minutes back to a place that should have made the food I paid for right the first time??? I didnt grow up here but everyone I know says how the old Ninos was so much better and now I understand why. This isn't my first bad experience at ninos but certainly my last. My advice, go to...
Read moreThis one isn't an easy rating. In my opinion it depends on what you get. The cheese steak is actually really good and so is the Italian sub. Soft bread, good amounts and very tastey. The fries and gravy on the other hand were definitely sub par. The fries were very plain and not cooked quite enough which I may have been able to overlook as a one time mistake that could happen to anyone but the gravy was so unbelievably thin and flavorless that you couldn't even really tell it was on the fries. To be fair though, I'm from Jersey so I'm used to the crazy thick, flavor-packed, seasoned to perfection gravy that you get at a Jersey diner so maybe the thickness, or lack thereof, of the gravy was also a one time error. The other food was good enough to convince me to give it a second chance so I recommend you try it...
