Usually I read 1 star reviews for fast food joints and just think they're a bit crazy, but wow. In 2 of my last 3 visits, I've been met with rudeness and people just straight up lying to me.
First off, let me start off with what finally got me to post a review here.
I pulled up with a coupon, and the lady says "actually, we just switched THAT coupon to mobile orders only."
So I said no problem, pulled into a parking spit and started checking the app. The coupon wasn't anywhere on the app, nor was there anywhere to put a coupon code in. So I pulled back around, and said in a very nice manner, "hey. I'm just confused. I don't see anywhere in the app where you can do this, or enter the coupon code?"
"I'm sorry, we don't accept paper coupons"
What? Her story changed completely. It went from "use the app," to "we don't honor paper coupons". I was dumbfounded, I just said "fine I'll never be back" because there's another one down the road lol.
It just weird to give people a made up story about using the mobile app when you could have just told me what happened off the bat.
Another time, they were doing their "real" meals, with different celebrities that had their actual names attached rather than their stage name.
I really wanted the Chase Hudson meal, looked pretty damn good! I was met with "We only do that online through the mobile app". Clear as day, on their menu, was the meal that could be ordered.. the price and everything.

Read moreIf i could put zero stars, i would do that. This place has a horrible reputation, in my book. I won't go back. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich on Saturday (THE SANDWICH ONLY). I waited 10 minutes, then, i asked the short thin girl managing the orders if my order was coming. She said it was coming, so i continued to wait another 5 minutes. Then, as if i wasn't even there, yelled back to the 3 cooks, "who has order 241?". Nobody in the kitchen answered... I looked at my reciept-it's order 241, so i tell the girl. She says "the order was deleted from the orders screen which the cooks use "by accident"... She gave no appology... No refund.. She told me if i wanted a refund, they'd have to get a manager and that would take a while... ALL I WANTED IS ONE SANDWICH!!!! At this point, i am very upset... The short thin order taker girl said the sandwich would be up in 2 minutes... Well, looked at another customer who had a dispute about his order (THEY GAVE HIM 3 SANDWICHES, BUT HE ONLY WANTED 1 SANDWICH). He didn't argue because, hey, he got 2 free sandwiches. Read moreSo... as I read it to your reviews about this location. It seems there's a few problems this Burger King building is their manager.
He is something that he doesn't pleased and everything else to help his coworkers. Including, not sound to be friendly though. Most people will give quick thoughts of negative and positive about each person, is you are a stranger or an innocent person.
As for each Burger King location, it is probably one of those stressful jobs as a new employee or manager that possibly happened for your life. Fast-Food Restaurants is very challenging for any of you. It's a shame if you are lazy, talking to customers, smoking cigarettes, sharing posts on the app, or looking up to your phone.
(The question is... How about you and everybody else to apply for the fast food restaurant jobs instead? Try it yourself in working over 6 months once you quit and review to everybody about your experience. Don't be such a coward, ladies and gentlemen.)
