This message is in response to our last order at Subway and store number 6072 . We have been doing our ordering online we order from Subway usually once a week today was the worst experience I've ever had at any Subway much less the one that I go to the most often Rebecca was the gal that I dealt with Fernando is the manager of the store I was told by her I ordered three subs at 5:00 my boyfriend arrived there at 10 after at that time the subs had already been started when he questioned the crew members at 5:30 they said yes we're getting there we are busy I'm sorry I could see clearly that our bread had already turned to croutons I was having a long day and wanted to get out of there immediately got to my house and our sandwiches were basically garbage. I then called the store and was rudely talked to and told we would be happy to fix your sandwich you just have to bring your other sandwich back into us first of all I've been in the food industry for almost 20 years I know that during code but you do not want other people's garbage brought into your store and handed to the employees over the line in front of all of the customers. There was never an apology all we wanted was to get our sandwich made we told her that we wanted to get a spicy Italian instead of our steak and cheese because that had already been ruined in our mouth flavor wise Rebecca then stated oh I can't make you a spicy Italian because you have a steak sandwich well I know for a fact that the steak sandwiches at least $3 more so why wouldn't you make me the cheaper sandwich on top of all this I didn't want to drive back up there I just wanted a sandwich the next time I came in to be made properly I had to get a hold of a different store in order to get information on this store I would appreciate a call back I will be calling tomorrow to talk to Fernando tomorrow being Friday the 25th if you need to reach out to me feel free to email me dmbjergo2014@gmail.com... This is the first time I’ve dealt with his feminine attitude. He needs to man up and quit bringing his personal feelings to the workplace. if you work in customer service, at least put your feelings to the side and do your job. if you don’t feel like what you’re doing is worth the pay then you need to find a different job. Customer shouldn’t have to deal with your attitude in the morning just because you clearly don’t want to get up and open the store. Not to mention you barely get there on time to open the store. Last time I went there in the morning I showed up five minutes after you were supposed to be open and you still didn’t get there for another five minutes. I came in with my wife for dinner and as soon as we came in their was no in sight! Everyone was in the back. We walked up and a young man comes up confused about what he’s doing. I believe he was new because when I asked for a steak melt he was confused about what I ordered. I asked for my order at least 4 times over and over again. He then asked an older gentleman about the melt. And all he said was put steak and 2 times more of the cheese and walked off. Yet the young man was still confused. Another man came in and skipped my order and began the other mans order. So my wife finally said something about it. And the older man finally came out and made my sand witch.
