Very very bad customer service. The customer is not important....
We sat at the drive-through Waiting. Wondering why we didnât get our second blizzard.... what was taking a long time. Then they said they already gave us the second blizzard. We said no you did not. And it went downhill from there. I asked them if they thought we were lying. Then they told us other people had already done this and weâre trying to get free food. Another accusation of us lying. Then they had us pull around and came out and said they could not give us our second blizzard but gave us a coupon for a free one. And also at another time said that their employee Insisted he gave us our second blizzard, accusing us again of lying. Then said they could look at the cameras and we said yes please do. And then I asked them to make sure they did look at the cameras and have someone give me a call the next day.
The last time I went to dairy queen, this Dairy Queen. I had issue too. This time I was eating inside and ordered onion rings with my combo, and they brought me french fries. When I returned them and said they ordered onion rings they said we do not give out free food and we cannot give you the onion rings.
So it is two strikes theyâre out. I would not recommend this place.
Also that time I had given my phone number and ask for the owner to give me a call and I did not get a call. So letâs see if I get a call this time.
And if she looked at the cameras and letâs finds the truth. Or if they accuse me one more time of lying, Because we did not get...
   Read moreI have never written a review before,, but this experience I had to.... For some reason we decided to have Dairy Queen for dinner. I ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals # 9's with only ketchup and a chili dog. After about 15 minutes and no one saying anything our food comes out... 2 #5's.....The guy seems confused and starts looking at the meals. I said it's ok we can take those and repeated our order to him because the chili dog wasn't in the bag. He then started opening both the meals looking at the food, which made me want to leave right then. Then he goes to ask a older lady possibly a manager about the chili dog that wasn't in the bag. This lady comes out and says "this isn't a door dash order????" She then says to the younger staff "whoever rung this up needs to figure it out" this lady should be reprimanded for talking down to her employees and saying those things in front of a customer. We get home open the food and it is NASTY!!!!! Burgers like rubber, buns that were hard and everything was on the burger that we asked not to be and the fries weren't even cooked. I have read other bad reviews on here that had a generic response. Save it..Stick to Ice Cream. Our family will...

There was an error with my order and I was told to pull to the side, so they can bring my food to me. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to personally go inside to check on my order and give my receipt, but my food was not even started. The lady that seemed to be a manager attempted to resolve the issue, but seemed extremely careless. After receiving the extra tenders that I paid for, the manager didnât even make sure I had the drink I also I paid for. She just started a non-work related conversation with some friends that came in. This is frustrating when I spent over $33 at a place and I didnât even receive half my food. To top it off, none of the employees wore gloves. I could careless about the food, but when you receive such bad service my experience was ruined. I had to go back in just to get my receipt back and one employee seemed irritated, but my request was very simple.
