Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Cooper City

We always enjoy the ice cream and flavored ice treats at Jeremiah's and celebrated a special occasion here at the Stirling Road location last night. The first thing we noticed is this location was very popular at night time, as a long line of customers extended into the parking lot. Also, this Jeremiah's is in a building with an outdoor ordering counter and outdoor tables for seating. There was no air conditioned space for customers. The crowd and the outdoor-only aspects were tolerable for two reasons, it was night time and cool enough to be comfortable, and the store was well-manned. The line at each window moved quickly and efficiently, making the waits short. Fortunately, the ice cream and flavored ice treats were so good. I dont like to leave negative reviews ever but this really caught me off guard, Passive aggressive cashier Whoever was working on march 11 Monday afternoon needs some serious customer service training

My friend has to take a few extra seconds on what to eat due to several severe allergies. We heard one of the cashiers say about my friend "Do i need to ask her if she needs help reading the menu? Its not that hard to read." Most unnecessary remark I've ever heard in my entire life especially when we were there for maybe less Than 30 seconds AND we were staying further back from the window not even in line

I checked the other reviews and it's the same exact cashier in the picture of the negative Yelp review so no surprise there

At that point, we did not even bother ordering and just left and. Will Not be back. A shame because past experiences...

Update 7-11, thank for responding but you didn’t address why the 2 ice cream machines or why she dipped my cone in a bin after I didn’t pay a tip.

Nikki made me a small vanilla cone with one machine that was supper soft soft ice cream on this hot afternoon and topped it off with the cold ice cream. Why would they use 2 machines for a simple cone? It took 45 seconds before it was dripping like a waterfall. I threw it in the garbage while thanking her. That’s what happens when you don’t give a tip upfront. Will not be back. Too many ice cream places around here to put up with this. $17 for 2 ice creams. The owner should pay the tips so that I don’t have to throw it out. It appeared that Nikki also put the new cone in another bin and added something at the start but I wasn’t interested in finding out what that...
