First time here and was really disappointed in the service and food. The service started out really good and then the server obviously forgot about us.
We ordered conch fritters which were delicious. I ordered a tuna sandwich, with fries. I asked if I could get the sandwich as a wrap. My mom ordered a Reuben with onion rings. Food came out. I took two bites of my wrap and felt the tuna had a funny, weird taste. I had to flag down another server to get our server. She ended up taking my order. I quickly ordered the Reuben with onion rings as I wanted to make a quick decision.. Sandwich finally came out but had fries. Server put it down so quickly and I tried to catch her to tell her I wanted onion rings but I decided to let it go. Fries were real basic and kind of soggy. I was picking at my moms onion rings while waiting for my food to come out. They were incredibly delicious. The Reuben was very disappointing. The sandwich was very skimpy, the meat was fatty and some of it dried out. Server never came to check on us or refill our teas. I really don't understand the appeal of Tin Cup as it was pretty crowded. They seem to get a lot of golfers as there is a course...
Read moreService is spotty and rude at times. Everyone seems to be your server. At least it seemed like that on our visit. Some servers are nice and attentive, while others are just rude and obnoxious.
The atmosphere is okay. Loud inside or outside. Definitely the local watering hole where parents let the kids run amuck on the green.
The pretzel with beer cheese was huge and soft.
The corn nuggets were standard.
The wings were okay, only complaint is in the flavor, I ordered "scorching honey garlic" and was told this was spicy, the only thing scorching about the wings was the temperature, nowhere to be found in flavor. As a matter of fact, someone in our group ordered the regular honey garlic wings, and they tasted the same. Total fail. The upside of the wings was the celery and blue cheese.
The grouper scampi was good, although it could have used some more scampi sauce as the pasta was dry.
The ribeye dinner was good, cooked to correct term. However, it had absolutely no flavor. The green beans were super salty, overcooked, and possibly canned beans.
Doubt, I'll return. There are so many places out there to try in South Florida, but I can see the appeal as a local...
Read moreHome to "Dave," a premiere in season entertainer, one man band that rivals Billy Joel. Rock, pop rock, modern tunes and country for all music flavors. His George Jones will bring a tear to your eye. Dave provides more music, entertainment and fun than big money Hard Rock concerts. I can rate this place all day long but the true testament is this place is always at least busy, sometimes packed. The chicken wings are a sure thing. Eclectic dishes for suited tastes. The loaded potatoes are always special. The clientele is of all ages, usually older early on and younger as the night goes on. The group there is respectful and good clean fun types. I have been going there at least twenty years and never saw even a heated argument and never a fight. Just fun and active atmosphere. I am 68 so I enjoy the energetic, (relatively) young staff. Many have been there for years. We just got back for the season and looking forward to going to to our warm and...
