I haven't been to Wendy's in quite a while but I wanted to get something quick. I am ordering at the empty drive-thru: Your employee: "Wendy's". Me: "Hi, I'd like to get the Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheesebur..." (the employee interrupted me) "What number are you looking at? Tell me the number." "Number 9" "What to drink" "A coke is fine, but is it possible to change the cheese?" "Oh, I have NO idea":: Long Pause:: "I can ask for you." "Okay, that'd be great, thanks" "You want the burger or the chicken?" "The burger" "What kind of cheese?" "American, please" "Anything else?" "Yes, I'd like to get the Bacon Biggie Bag, Double Stack with a Sprite" "What sauce?" "What type of sauce do you have?"
"Just come to the window, I'll tell you at the window" (I can tell he was super annoyed by his tone) I said "okay". I pull up, grab my wallet out of my purse and I hear him say to another employee "Yo, I gotta go to the bathroom" He said it twice. Then walked away from the window. He saw me but didn't say a word to me about my order or the types of sauces there are.
Employee #2 came to the window and said "14.44." "I wasn't finished ordering. I was told to drive up to the window because I asked what type of sauces you have." Employee #3 comes up, and employee #2 says to employee #3, "That's not her order" with an attitude.
I said, "No, I said that I wasn't finished ordering, I wanted to confirm my order and make sure everything is correct".
Employee #3 reads back my order exactly as I ordered, then says "what would you like to add"?
I said "2 frosty's, please"
Chocolate or Vanilla?
Chocolate
Employee #2 takes my card, swipes it, and hands it back to me with no receipt.
Then I get my drink holder with my 4 drinks and 2 bags of food.
I leave and drive home. Once I look at my drinks, I noticed I have 2 sprites, no coke. And I literally laughed at the super small frosty's we received. (If they asked me what size I wanted, I would have said Medium). There goes an upsell.
I opened my burger and saw that I got the Muenster Cheese that I specifically asked to change to American cheese. I cannot eat Muenster cheese because it makes me sick to my stomach, therefore I did not get to eat.
I am sorely disappointed in the lack of customer service I received and I can assure you, I will not be supporting Wendy's and their terrible choice...
Read moreIf 0 stars were possible, I would give that. I stopped going to this Wendy's 5 month ago, due to bad customer service and every time I went there, always the same thing. They either forget one of my items, food is cold or my chicken tenders are cooked twice over. So I stopped going. Today I went on behalf of a friend from the office. I ordered 3 items. Baconator, and two bacon cheese burgers with just bacon and cheese. They even confirmed my order at the window to ask if I wanted the burgers plain. I said yes. Get back to my office and there aren't any burgers in my bag. Definitely my own fault for not looking in the bag, but also I would like to say, it's the persons job at the window to make sure I have all my stuff. There was no one in line at the counter and there was no one in line in the drive through, so to say you are busy, is bs. I call the Wendy's like I have done so many times in the past and ask to speak with the Manager. The person who answered the phone says they are the manager. I explain what happened and the response was; so what, are you coming back for the burgers? I said no for the $4.00 and the lesson, you just lost a customer. NOTHING. NOT A WORD of apology or anything. Good luck to that Wendy's because the way the parking lot was empty and I can understand why. Fast food and service, don't go...
Read moreThis was the worse experience my family and I ever had at Wendy's..The whole line of people were livid including myself with how long it took just to order my family's meal..Every person in line was furious with how the employees were handling the situation by laughing and make smart remarks under there breath..so we asked politely to speak with the manager and she was even worse.. She laughed in our face and didn't care what so ever that the whole place was upset with there service..I asked for the owners email or contact and she smirked and said good luck with that...Needless to say we didn't get our food and I won't ever eat at this location again..The people next to us got served cold chicken that smelt rotten..they called corporate but they said they don't handle complaints....all the employees were African Americans and we're definitely being racist toward my family and the other people we brought with us..They totally went ghetto on us and we're talking very rudely..I promise I will never step foot in this dirty Wendy's ever again..Thank your employees whoever you are" owner" PS. They never have baked potato ..how do you sell it but don't ever...
