Subway — Restaurant in Copperas Cove

Why is it every time Im here they have one employee up front who obviously doesn't smoke bc once the manager comes from the back of the store with the other employees all smelling like cigarettes. I have a cousin that works at subway and they are required to sign saying they won't smoke on the job, yet the manager here thinks she can. On top of her speaking rude to her employee right in front of other customers bc she didn't think she heard her. On a separate occasion brandy told the same employee that the manager was rude to that she wasn't making sandwiches fast enough bc she was trying to cover up all the sandwiches from flys. Carlé is the only employee I like at this place and always is friendly and makes my sandwich right even though it's a pain. Unlike the rest that when I ask for salt and pepper barely give me any and then smoother my sandwich in too much sauce bc they are only focused on being fast not making it right and look good. And it's like they never mop..... How many times do I need to move a table and see the same gross stain weeks...

I used to work at a Subway, and I guess the training has declined quite a bit. Meat seems to go directly into the fold of the bread, veggies just fall out, and they use their knives to stuff everything in. Seems to just be the standard at every Subway in Copperas Cove. They'll also give you nasty-looking tomatoes, so keep an eye on them and don't be afraid to say "nah, not THAT tomato." When I worked at Subway, I made every sandwich as if I was making it for someone I love. I didn't need to stuff veggies in with a knife unless the customer went crazy and wanted extra everything. It can be done, but they're too lazy to make sure it happens, and now we all go home and miss yesteryear, when we had PRIDE IN OUR WORK! Trainers, you...

I love eating FRESH? But, people at this store have other plans. My online order through uber eats was nothing like I expected, any of us expected. The simple order of ingredients and how to prepare your sandwich is listed. What is the disconnect? No matter called 30 minutes after order was delivered and incorrect. Called 3xs no answer and divided sandwich up for lunch next day for daughter and eat myself a Raw, untoasted and not my order sandwich. Call this morning and confronted with how I ate it and enjoyed it? No mamma' Teresa!!!! The manager am I at fault. Get it together and calm down and start again.
