One of the worst customer experience I've ever had at a food establishment. First it took eight minutes to get through, busy signal constantly (however when we arrived at the restaurant it wasn't busy and in fact some workers were standing around with their hands in their pockets) and then we received our food. The special order request was incorrect, no lo mein was substituted as we requested, the ribs were charred and the wings were dried out and noticeably fried in old oil. The broccoli and rice was below standards. We called back and were given a hassle by the cashier, then the owner. We then headed back to the restaurant immediately. The owner wasn't nice or cooperative. She didn't say anything but just grabbed the food from my hand. She said that only if 50% was returned would she issue a refund. She was actually counting wings and ribs to make a decision on the amount of the refund. We brought back at least 80% of the total amount. This was the worst customer service that I've encountered just about ever. How would you know if the food was poor if it wasn't tried first by my family? She refunded a portion of our total without an apology or acknowledgment of their error. She even told us to take the rest back home...? Why would we if we initially brought it back due to poor quality? We have been loyal customers for over five years, but in recent times their quality has decreased substantially. Read moreI was very disappointed by the food. We used to order from them years ago, and then yesterday we ordered for the first time in quite a while. To start off, we ordered sweet and sour chicken. The pieces were all over cooked, chewy and difficult to eat. on top of that they put it in the plastic containers so breading was completely saturated from sweating and made it even chewier. The bbq boneless spareribs were ordered as well. one with sauce, one plain. What they neglect to tell you about them is whether you order them plain or not, they are marinating in several seasonings including pepper. Not good for someone who can't eat pepper. the egg rolls came all squished. What i will say was when i called to complain about the pork they were very easy to deal with and apologetic and refunded that to me immediately. i love the fact that the food comes in the plastic containers for the very reason i love to use them when i pack away food at home. i was very much looking forward to having their food but i was completely and utterly disappointed. Especially in the chicken. soggy, hard, overcooked and tiny tiny pieces instead of nice pieces of meat. BUT again the staff was an absolute pleasure...
Read morei go here every now and again. the food is typically good, but today i made a over the phone order for pickup, man said it'd be ready in 10 minutes. so i got there in about 13, the staff had no clue of my order. not a big deal, as it only took 10 minutes for them to make it, still rather not have waited. i get the food, stapled in a bag, out i went. when i got home i realized my order wasn't complete. i was missing the two egg rolls i ordered in addition to the two lunches. so i called, the man said egg rolls dont come with the lunch, i said i know, thats why i ordered them in addition to my order. he said what was the order # and i gave it to him. he said, "She said she put them in the bag" the bag was stapled,i said "no egg-rolls in the bag", "she put them in there", says the employee... at this point i wasn't so polite. as if I'm trying to mess with them... there was an order just before mine that went out. it looked like delivery, I'm sure thats where the egg rolls went. in any case, if you go there, check your order. it wouldn't have been too much for them to fix the problem, BUT they'd rather argue. in doing so, they've lost a customer for good.
