Subway — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Used the Subway App to place my order at 1:15pm. The app tells me that my order should be completed by 1:35pm. Reasonable enough, except that it is now 1:57pm and they have just now started to prepare my order. Upon arrival at Subway at 1:40 to pick up my order I notice a rush of people arrive. Let's say it was about 7 people. Now, they obviously arrived after I placed my order, yet each of them placed and received theirs before my order was started. When I asked the counter person for my order, they laughed it off and said they didnt start because it was a busy day. What in the world is the point of having an app to place an order if I have to wait until I arrive for it to be made? The app order is a place holder isn't it? Every other place that takes orders over the phone, or via an app (pizza places, starbucks, dunkin donuts, etc.) all begin your order when it is placed, not when its convenient for them.

Now I don't normally write reviews but I absolutely had to today. I used the app to expedite the process and ended up taking about an hour to get my food.

No apologies, no consideration for my time. Just a laugh and a statement about we're making now though.

I like the fact that you can find a Subway at most locations by a Grocery Store or in a shopping center. After a stroll around the shopping center & running errands I can grab a bite. The attendant at this location was very attentive and took the time to assist me with deciding what to eat and the prices as well. It was very clean and the food was fresh. I was craving a cookie but they were out of the one I wanted. The attendant told me that if I waited she would give me one at no charge. Which was the caramel brownie cookie that is only for the season. The coffee was fresh and ofcourse I had to take an extra one for the road. I only wish that they could provide different cup sizes for their coffee. If your a coffeephene like me I know you could relate. Their coffee is good even without any flavor or sugar. I definitely would recommend...

I’ll tell you this is the cleanest and friendliest subway around town. I have not been in a subway in probably over a year because they seem to all go downhill. For some reason I was craving Subway and debated back-and-forth if I wanted to try them again. I am glad I went into this subway. Very clean very friendly I will 100% be back and I will even pass the three other subways on my way to get here. I did not catch the ladies name but she was great she was there on Tuesday at 12 PM sorry I did not catch her name but wanted her to be...
