Kings drive in is a little bit more expensive than McDonald's but worth the little bit extra. If I'm not mistaken, Kings is one of our oldest running restaurants in Corcoran. The food is cooked fresh, not stored in heat trays all day like McDonald's. The sodas are cheap, and you can ask for vanilla, cherry, or both, In your drink for a couple cents more. Vanilla Dr. Pepper, and Cherry Sierra Mist are my favorite. Also if you do order a soda with cherry, they will ask you real cherries or syrup. I'd suggest both, the syrup adds flavor and the real cherries make a nice little snack at the end. They are also 1 of the 2 stores that use crushed ice for their sodas. They also sell the crushed ice by the bag. The ice cream is is good too. They have cones, banana splits, and milkshakes, or you can jss buy the ice cream by the cup. Even a 32oz cup. Their food selection is a little bit random. Starting with the deep-fried corn dogs and deep-fried burritos. Those are mostly for the kids, they are small and cheap. If your pretty hungry grab one of their burgers or chicken salad. My favorite is the pastrami burger, and the large chicken salad. Both are nice and filling. Even their cheeseburgers are good. They use King sauce in most of their burgers, its what makes them unique and tasty. I don't know what it is, but its good lol. So if your in Corcoran, give Kings Drive In a try. š Closing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame here for the first time and immediately the customer service here is pretty poor. The ladyās working the counter just stood there waiting for us to order without acknowledging our arrival with a āhelloā or āwelcome Inā. A lot of items on the menu, it reminds me of many independent burger shops and Iām sure itās not much different from the others around town either. Big quarter pound burgers and crinkled cut fries with the same seasoning usually headlines these independent restaurants. The food came out fresh, the portions were big and the food itself tasted okay. Itās not the best Iāve ever had nor was it bad. The price point for the food is very cheap in my opinion and I can understand why a lot of folks enjoy this restaurant. Not just the price point but for the portions as well. For how long the restaurant has been around, it says a lot and Iām sure is a staple for the community. Overall for those passing through itās a solid place to stop by for food, just donāt expect to be amazed blown away by the food or the customer service from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place runs their business very poorly !! When they get their orders wrong for example a chicken strip dinner, they will tell you to come back the following morning at 8am because the supervisor do to go absolutely rididonāt understand why a supervisor would make their staff tell the customers to come back the next morning to resolve the issue when the food is already purchased for dinner, not breakfast!! Plus it is a week day therefore, it is not taken in consideration that I work for a living and do not eat dinner for breakfast!!
I was so upset and the supervisor was so rude and full of excuses because he worked a 15 hour shift and wasnāt going to resolve this issue until the following day!!! This is absolutely...
