Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Corcoran

I think the major complaint that I have is the price. It’s a bit high for each plate. I was told by family that a year ago it was a dollar cheaper. The sushi though I have say we’re very fresh and tasty. Each plate was very good. They served all your average rolls, wraps, karaage, mochi, and sashimi. It’s a fun experience with the conveyor belts and the special orders are whisked via a second conveyor belt that stops at your table. But when you find yourself starting to count how many plates you order, and there’s a monitor where it keeps track of the number plates, you find it less desirable for your wallet. They used to be the best pizza in town when I moved here over 5 years ago but that's changed. I liked this place because they had the best sauce and fresh mushrooms. But it seems that almost every other time we called in our order they were out of mushrooms. Well to keep their reputation they could walk across the street to the grocery store for mushrooms, don't you think? And the sauce if you want any at all you have to ask for extra just to get a hint of any on your pizza.

Don't get me wrong when they do it right I love this pizza. But living in Corcoran I'd rather just drive 25 minutes to either Hanford, Visalia or Tulare to pay for what they're asking at the...

So this is one of their signature subs. It looks so good I tore into it before I remembered to take a pic the awesome sub is the name of this bad boy. I wanted to try something different. It exceeded All my expectations and then some. This place was very clean, the service was great and it's a good place to drink a beer and watch a game.
