This place is ridiculous. They made a mistake and delivered our pizza to the wrong address. After two hours, we called. They informed us the driver delivered it. They provided the place they delivered. It was the wrong the place. The manager offered us to replace the pizzas or to have the driver pick them up from the place it was delivered and bring them to us. We explained to Pirate Pizza manager that we are pretty sure that after two hours they ate it, but I am pretty sure there are health codes that do not allow that, also two hours that means the pizza is cold. Pirate pizza sent their driver to retrieve the pizza where they first delivered and the driver told the individuals at the address to keep it because it is free. So, the the manager called us back and asked that we pay for the second batch (mind you the first order was paid already). The audacity of this man. First of all your team made a mistake. We understand mistakes are made, but why ask me to pay for another. This man was very unprofessional he stated that paying for the second batch was the “honorable” thing to do. The honorable thing would be to own up to your mistake and not take the money from the delivery man’s paycheck. The delivery man was bummed out that this would be taken from his paycheck. This is his livelihood, we make mistakes and we learn from them. A good leader would reflect and provide the necessary supports to avoid these mistakes. Good customer service will ensure that the customer gets product in a timely manner and if there are mistakes solve them without placing blame on staff and guilting customers to pay for these mistakes. I am pretty sure Laborer’s commissioner needs to be informed about the treatment of Pirate Pizzas employees and from my previous experience working in restaurants and Mandatory trainings by California Restaurant Association (serv safe) restaurants are not allowed to put food back after being placed at another patron’s table, let alone another place like home or workplace. Also after two hours, so many violations and health...
Read moreI use to take the family here all the time before covid hit so now we do take out . It's located in a small town so when I'm in town, I would order take out. The last few times I came in , I had an issue with my payment . My total was $48 and some change . I paid $30 cash and put the rest on my credit card which should have only been $18 and some change on my credit card . I has charged $24.13 on my card . $30 plus 24.13 is $54.13 . I called Pirate Pizza and was told that their register wasn't over on that day and that they would review the camera . Later that evening ,the manager called me back and said I was right . He was a friendly person to speak to and he told me that when I come back that I would have a credit . I came back almost a month later to order the largest pizza and gave them the same phone number I used to order my last order .They never had no notes or no record my me calling even though I showed them my wells fargo bank statement for 6-16-2021 . Thier computer said the last time I visited the place was back in February. Once again they called the manager as I waited for over 20 minutes while my pizza got cold and end up paying full price instead of the difference. 30 minutes later I got a phone call from Pirate Pizza that they found the note on thier computer . I'm not much of a complainer and rarely make a very long post like this . I myself is a small business owner but this not the way to...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible service! Waited over an hour to get my order and still was not ready! There’s teenager kids working there that don’t do their job right and they will not provide you services if they know you or don’t like you! The teenagers (girls) threw my food at me and on the counter after waiting longer for my order to be complete. Cold pizza and incomplete order. They don’t know how to read receipts and purchases correctly. No manners, no kindness and no respect. They wear anything and do not look professional. Very discriminatory experience and environment. When I called to complain to the manager about the rude lazy teenagers , he didn’t care much about what I was telling him and discarded my complaint. I am not happy with the services, staff and management. I wanted to talk to the owners but instead choose to give a review. I will not be returning again especially knowing they have kids working there that will do stuff to your food and order! They don’t take paying customers serious, they’re lazy and super rude! You’ll get dogged as soon as you walk in instead of...
