I had ordered food in the Mobil app today and when my husband went to go pick it up they claimed it wasn’t in the system yet my phone said it was placed and I was charged for it and they wouldn’t give me the food even through my husband showed them the order and we FaceTimed and I shared the order. The women we spoke to just now was rude and stated they have the order finally now but they close in 15 seconds and can’t help us or refund us over the phone then continues to say if you can’t get here in 4 mins you won’t get your food. If this is how you train your employees then maybe put them through different training. I’m astonished at this behavior and treatment. I have had this issue twice today. Pictures for reference as we made the order and I was charged but it’s been a nightmare trying to get the order. In my 7 years of working in customer service I would have never treated a situation this way. If the customer showed proof as we did I’d make the order and honor that. Not argue and then speak in Spanish to an employee while we are asking for our money back and or our food. Also come to find out when my husband got back his food was literally thrown at him my nuggets are stale my sandwich was literally either a leftover or poorly out together just because they were mad and my fries weren’t even full I paid...

I've been going to this location for 6 years and it has caused to officially declare that I'm divorcing McDonald's. You just can't continue to completely destroy my order and expect me to return. Sandwiches are a sloppy mess with cheese half off the sandwich, mayonnaise on the side of the box and cold meat. I'm done with you. A month ago you ran out of your chicken and I was considerably disappointed then. I talked myself into going back and ordered the Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich for the first time and after a 30 minute wait, it was an utter failure. I asked for cheese to be added. It had no cheese, no tomato and the chicken had the consistency of chewy bologna. Seriously it did. After the first and only bite I began to pick through the mystery meat and came to the conclusion that it wasn't chicken. Their was nothing resembling chicken in that sandwich. Read moreThis hasn’t been the first time this McDonald’s has screwed my order up, but this has been the first time it’s been so bad that I’ve felt the need to get on here and leave a review. I ordered two McGriddles with no egg (and for some reason the girl taking the order at the drive through was having an extremely difficult time understanding that).. after checking my food after pulling out of the drive through, I noticed that both sandwiches consisted of just 2 buns, and cheese: there was no meat on them at all. So, I pulled back through and explained that I wanted the sausage that came on the McGriddles, as advertised in the picture.. and the lady explained to me that it wasn’t then that screwed up my order, it was me! She told me that in order to get sausage on them, you would have to order it specifically with sausage.. lmao. They didn’t offer to fix it or anything, so I’m posting this in hopes that corporate or at least the franchise owner sees it and takes some sort of action. Your employees are an embarrassment and make the company look bad. I’ll start heading elsewhere...
