I’ve eaten at In-N-Out Burger at dozens of locations in Arizona and California and I’ve never had an experience like today. I ordered a double double, protein style, plus raw onions, plus animal style. I got a double double, protein style, with raw onions, but not animal style. I brought it back up to the counter, they took it from me, and told me it would just be a minute. I finally went and sat down and ate my fries, and drank my Coke, and then went back up and waited some more. 15 minutes after I returned the first burger, a girl walks up to me, hands me the burger, and then walks off. She did not say one word to me. I went back to my table, only to find that they, once again, did not make it animal style. Within a few minutes, another girl, who I assume might be upper management, named Isabella, asked me if my burger was correct. I told her it was not, but that I was not going to wait another 15 minutes. She soon returned with a little bag of grilled onions to make up for my burger not being protein style. That was very nice of her, but I just wanted the burger the way I ordered it. It’s not the end of the world, but I hold In-N-Out Burger to the highest standard, because that is what this restaurant always delivers. As I look through the comments about this particular location, I see there are several recent comments about orders being incorrect. That is very uncharacteristic for an In-N-Out Burger location. I won’t stop by this location again.

Hi sorry I couldn’t find the email for you guys. So I have been going to the in and out near my house for the past 2 months and I get my hamburgers burnt hard rock and I call and get the complimentary gift card but it’s seems like every time I go they know it’s me and give me my hamburgers the same way I have 4 kids and they always get the hamburgers burnt hard rock my kids don’t deserve getting their hamburgers like that specially my 6yr old that Lost 2 of her front teeth. A week I ago I went by to the same location the give the hamburgers the same way and I ask for no salt and they did the opposite of what I asked with extra salt that’s how they serve them to me and my kids were surprised how they continue to do its like if we are their joke. I worked for a fast restaurant too and I knew good enough how a hamburger needs to be serve and when a when a customer requested something I would make sure since I was the lead I would happy make sure it happen for them not do the opposite of it. If my hamburgers were not hard rock and burnt the first time I wouldn’t complain but they still do it. Gas is so expensive for me to try to go to a different store just cause the employees don’t know have to do their job.

InNOut is good, always. The servers pay attention to almost everything! Some heart trouble had me have lower sodium, burgers and fries can be half or no added sodium! The only Chain, I think, it once was ok at Wendy's could make up one but it took a little while to get no sodium-ed, then now they don't have any idea. (Most burgers have the sodium already in their factory meat! Not adding salt at the store is too late! Watch your figures! ) But the very well done French frys are BROWN, my grilled onions, extra tomatoes, no lettuce (it gets wilted) and the Lemonade Light is a lifesaver to have no caffeine and low sugar. And workers getting benefits and sick time and stuff instead of excuses, at a low price makes a joke of the excuses so many chains claim they can't take care of their workers! Thanks, In-N-Out and your teams of cool workers! You all make America a better place!
