Del Taco — Restaurant in Corona

So we ordered and $51 worth of food today for a family of six and then tire order was wrong this in the first second third or fourth time the order is wrong we typically just deal with it in the food and MoveOn but at this point we’re not sure what else to do we order extra cheese all the time on all the food and never comes extra cheese and almost cost less the amount of cheese that is supposed to have we ordered pizza cheese burritos green burritos chili cheese fries quesadillas Del tacos etc. and they always mess up the food we ordered double Dell cheeseburger’s never have what we ask for them on them I finally called today ask for a manager she said her name was Teresa I asked Theresa what the issue was and her only reply was bring the food back and I will fix it or next time I won’t charge you for the extra cheese I’m not understanding how that works it must be a policy of theirs with a customer ask for something extra that they don’t either give it and still continue to charge it or something to that extent but this is absolutely ridiculous 20+ years ago I worked at Dell taco if you ask for extra cheese you got a handful of cheese if you ask for extra sauce you got more sauce the Carl’s Jr. puts on the burgers I don’t understand why this company and this particular Dell taco can’t do the the customers actually paying for this is ridiculous the manager didn’t want to take care of business so unfortunately we won’t eat...

The prices are pretty reasonable, especially considering how pricey some things in California are. I had not regularly dined at Del Taco in probably 35 years, but upon seeing the stuffed shrimp gordita tacos, I had to try them. The food was great, and I went back two more times for the same thing before leaving California, not knowing if the menu would have the same items back in Georgia. Their fries aren't bad either, and I also enjoyed the chicken taquitos (I think that's what they were called). The driver thru employees are really professional and courteous here, and each visit was a pleasant experience. I was determined to get some good food that wouldn't cost a fortune before leaving Cali, and Del Taco...

Botched order taking, botched meals provided. Ordered an epic breakfast bacon scrambler for my mom and one for myself, ended up billed for one and then billed for 2 regular burritos. After they gave me my food as they were backed up I opened it at home to find they gave me a carne asada regular burrito instead of the bacon scrambler, so just all around failure.

Top this off with a shady couple literally trying to open my car doors while I'm sitting in my car waiting for them to come out with my order. This place is sketch and the service needs a...
