We ordered a banana split. The 3 people in front of us got 6 scoops of ice cream each in their banana split so when she made our banana split she gave us 3 scoops. When we asked to get the same 6 scoops she acted like she didn’t understand what we were talking about. After explaining what we were talking about 5 times she called the other employee over to discuss it With her in Spanish after the other employee told her never mind just fix it like that then she decided to reluctantly give us six scoops as well but even then she had to be reminded that we were supposed be getting six scoops and not three. We saw the other employee proceed to make the people behind us a banana split with the same 6 scoops. We were the only African American people in the store everyone else in the store was Hispanic! They were clearly discriminating against us! If you are African American don’t go to this store or if you do make sure you have your camera ready to record their...

I always order from here uber eats or we walk in, first and last time I bring them my loyal business weekly, i called back and mentioned that I was missing items I paid for from my uber eats order and asked the girl who took my call her name and she refused like its a bad thing, she said come pick them up and I was like well thats why i ordered and paid to have them delivered and her excuse was she had alot of people in line. As I keep opening the rest of my order I notice the tostilocos had almost the whole bottle of salsa, its for my child its not my first time ordering and its always delivered in seperate containers and requested. Literally bad customer service due to the way she answered me.

Used to love going here. Ladies before were professional and clean. .. the young girls now only gossip and are rude, not to mention dirty!! They do not change their gloves and keep touching their face and hair while handling and preparing the orders. They charge and touch the money with gloves and procede to the next customer without switching gloves...sooo disgusting! And when asked to change them they literally laugh at your face and roll their eyes ... why should I have to drive further to get good costumer service...and why should the owner lose costumers over. Immature dirty kids... step it up!! We don't get our stuff...
