Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Coronado

Usually I never have a problem here. And I normally come in the morning. Today I came in the afternoon. I dont know what happened but the cashier DANIEL was really having a difficult time paying attention to my order. After he asked me twice if I want and if I ordered the Breakfast platter which I answered NO on both times. He ended up still charging me for the platter. When I told him AGAIN that I didnt want the platter and what i ordered was a breakfast jack combo. He pointed out to me what the platter looked like at the menu which I am very familiar to, only i didnt want it and never ordered it. He then proceeded to argue with me, at this point I got frustrated, coz I wasnt really going to eat something I didnt order. He still continued to argue with me and insisting it was my fault ordering it. And he said “im going to have to refund you” Which is exactly what needed to be done in the first place with an apology soon after I told him upon seeing my receipt getting charged with something I never ordered. Over thanksgiving they were supposed to close at 2 everyday. Well the doors were locked at 1:30 one day and 1:15 the next and 12:30 the next. They never follow hours. They close whenever they feel like it. On Tuesday the 30th (today) at 3:40 they were closed for a “30 min employee break”. It’s been 45 minutes and they still aren’t back. The ONLY saving grace of this place is the sweet younger lady with short hair. She has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I ordered a burger with just mustard and extra onions… and a drink with no ice… I received a bun with JUST (i.e., no meat) mustard and onions (hardly any at that) with a drink packed with ice.
