One of the park's most outstanding features is its breathtaking beauty. Nestled along the sparkling waters of Glorietta Bay, this park offers awe-inspiring panoramic views of the bay and the Coronado Bridge. The well-manicured lawns, vibrant flower beds, and towering palm trees create a picturesque setting that is perfect for relaxation and reflection. I was particularly impressed by the park's cleanliness and tidiness. The absence of trash and litter is a testament to the efforts dedicated to maintaining this park. The park's dedicated staff and volunteers deserve commendation for their commitment to preserving the park's cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Safety is paramount at Glorietta Bay Park. The park is well-maintained and well-lit, making it an ideal location for families with children to enjoy outdoor activities. The serene atmosphere and vigilant security measures contribute to a sense of tranquility, allowing visitors to unwind and enjoy their time without any concerns. While Glorietta Bay Park offers an abundance of open spaces, it would benefit from the addition of more shaded areas with seating. This would provide visitors with more comfort during sunny days and enhance the overall experience of spending time in the park. However, there are several shaded spots near the playground and along the waterfront where visitors can find respite. Whether you're looking to take a leisurely stroll, have a picnic with loved ones, or simply bask in the beauty of nature, Glorietta Bay Park is an idyllic destination that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Its tranquil ambiance, scenic views, and commitment to cleanliness make it a must-visit location in Coronado. Overall, Glorietta Bay Park in Coronado is a true gem that offers a peaceful respite from the outside world. With its stunning vistas, immaculate maintenance, and a strong emphasis on safety, it's a place where visitors can easily lose themselves in the beauty of nature. While a few more shaded seating areas would enhance the experience, this park remains a delightful destination that will leave you with cherished memories.

Pretty beach area with grassy picnic section near the clubhouse patio. Parking lot is small; along the street is free but rare!

Excellent Bay and Park. Our mothers day was perfect I couldnt ask for more. The landscape well kept and manicured and clean. Bathrooms ans showers are readily available and flanked both sides of the park. The water was managable and canoo rentals are onsite. I actually took a swim in the peninsula and checked up on my yacht. The park offers a playground shade and a landing slip for small vessels. Dont know if liquor is allowed, we didnt have any nor did the other families enjoying that day. Police presence was none though our family is. The park wasn't crowded there was plenty of parking. I could go on talking about this place is but Ill let the photos do the talking on that mothers day. Put it on your to do list!

This park is packed with activities!

Take a break on the beach or grill out at one of the tables. There is a lifeguard during the day, but the water is calm and unlikely to cause even those uncomfortable in the water much of an issue. If you are feeling adventurous join the tri groups and swimmers for a few laps around the buoys just off the shore. To swim across the bay you are required to have a towable swim buoy. The boat traffic is relatively light, but the risk of an accident exists without a towable to increase your visibility.

Parking. There is parking along the grass and in front of the local pool. This area frequently fills up. If full you can turn around then park across the street along the main road. This adds only a very short walk and never fills up.

Boat and trailer parking is between the pool and the glorieta park. The spots are relatively limited.

The park has showers to rinse off the salt and sand as well as clean public bathrooms. No frills, but they get the job done.

Tip! If you want a warmer shower run to the spigot in front of the crew building and rinse off there rather than in front of...

I’ve been coming here on and off for the past two years for paddle boarding and this is the first time I’m sad to say that I’m very disappointed with how they treat their customers . The "coordinator" with dark hair and sunglasses told me when they close at 2 PM that the last Paddle goes out at noon when I was told yesterday on the phone buy a female that the last panel goes out at 1 PM . I don’t know why people who work for the same company are giving out different information . I was here two weeks ago on a Saturday and we took out a paddleboard at 4 PM and then they closed at five which makes sense, hence we came at one for the hour paddle. it only took the coordinator and his young buddy with an accent, 10 minutes to close up the shop, and he acted like he needed a whole hour to close up when really I think they just wanted to go home early on a Friday for the weekend. I need to finish my passes because I bought the package 10 passes for 100 bucks but after I use them up I will no longer be returning for these services . Thanks for...
