Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

When I leave reviews, I make sure they’re honest and I like to make sure I’m not leaving one out of an emotional reaction so here goes:

For a while I experienced various issues every time I came to this location, and be it as that I understand no business is perfect, but when there’s consistency in the issue then there really is an issue.

Service:

First off, every time I went, I was always rushed to order and the employees always treated me like I was a bother or interrupting their fun prior to pulling up. Like give me a break, I don’t like chikfila enough to memorize the stupid menu and I’m not going to take my phone out to look up your menu when you should have one at the end of the driveway while we wait in long lines. Second you are in business to be of service and you did not show me that multiple times on end. I’m a man of business and service and I understand service is vital to customer retention and to business re-occurring revenue. The only reason I kept coming back because I tried many times to brush it off and give the benefit of doubt. You’ve failed to impress as a business serving a consumer who supports your business.

Pricing and Ordering:

Let’s start this one off with you have to be specific and tell them you want whatever side you’re ordering as “extra” or they will replace it entirely. They never asked me questions to gather information “Sir, did you want the max to replace your fries or extra on the side?”

Scenario #2 “Sir, is the salad going to replace the fries or will it be extra on the side?”

This is crazy that you rush my order and don’t ask me questions. How are you training your employees? How do you feel about me as your customer? Am I just a number on your profit board? Are you cutting cost so you don’t place a menu at the end of the driveway and to not pay for better training?

Finally the pricing, lately I would pay for a #7 (meal) around $11-12.00 and now it’s a whopping $16-17.00 that’s INSANE. I can go to HEB and make 5-8 chicken sandwiches with that money and it’ll taste better too.

You have lost me as a consistent customer, I was going multiple times a week, expect me to come less than 3x a month! Fix your prices, add a menu at the end of your drive way which is the entrance so I don’t have to memorize 1 option and treat me better as a customer because when I go I find it odd I have to ask you guys how your day is going and take time to notice you.

That’s SAD. I don’t intend for this review to cost you business but at the same time I want to encourage others not to pay for service that doesn’t value you, just their profit agenda driven white boards. I hope to see honest pricing and better service or I will cease to be a customer and will lower the rating and remove it from my recommended places to eat among my peers. This place is horrible,if you don't want to get sick from this place DO NOT COME TO THIS CHICK FIL A! Ok so I was hungry and decided to come eat here because it was new,so when I walk in and waited in line the employees were slow as can be and I can tell they were either not trainned,or wasn't trainned properly. This guy that took my order was to busy taking to this other Mexican male,I couldn't see there names because the one in front of me was putting his arm on the name tag and keeps moving,and the other one was kind of far way so I couldn't see it,then the guy finish and said"Hi what will you like to order" then I said I'll take a number 7 and a large sprite,then he said "Is that all you going to order?" Then I said "Yes Sir",Then he was getting My drink and didn't tell me the price,then he stoped and put my cup with ice down and I pay him,then he gave me my receipt and then was look at me saying "May I help you",Then I said "My drink Sir?" Then he said "Oh yeah" and gave me my drink,Almost every single table was taken except the dirty ones that the janitor was just sitting there doing nothing talking to another employee,so I have to clean it my self and waited,5 mins,10 mins,15 mins,THEN 20 MINS PAST BY,I went up to the front and said "Is my order ready yet sir?" Then he said "Let me go check" and then came back saying "Oh Sir someone drop your food and forgot about it,it should come out" Which I already know that he forgot to put in my order,then 10 mins later I was so hungry I was about to give up and go to little cesaears instead,12 mins and my food came,My fries were burn and tasted bland,And my GRILLED chicken burger tasted like I was chewing on a piece of chicken nugget with no taste,and it was hard as can be,when I ask for a refund they thought I just want money for nothing,I suggest you go to the chick fil la by chipotle,that one is say cleaner and...

So normally everything is really really good sometimes even five stars but today I was very specific disappointed that they couldn't make the shake that I wanted this particular store the ice cream is always shut down and I asked for a very specific sauces to go with my meal I wanted to try one that I've never tried before the guy repeated it all back to me and said yeah awesome no problem I'll get you those sauces and of course when I came home there wasn't even a packet of ketchup in there let alone the sauces that I like to use on my chicken strips and on my Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich so today's experience was the worst experience I've ever had at Chick-fil-A I've been going to Chick-fil-A since I was very young my mom would always send me across the street to go get the Chick-fil-A ice cream and everybody a sandwich that was in the Padres Staples Mall inside the old original Mall of Corpus Christi boy Everything Has Changed now customer service is very difficult to find in any type of business I should have checked the bag but unfortunately I'm one of those nice people who trust everyone and especially after the guy repeated it back to me and knew that I was being Super Hyper specific about the sauces and how much I love ketchup on my fries but I love the other sauces on the chicken so he proceeded to give me none of them Also I love the chicken strips not nuggets not nuggets rhe chicken strips below it says what would I recommend on the survey but unfortunately they don't even have their chicken strips listed as an item details People Details everybody forgets details the small things that are so important like my damn sauce and if you want me to recommend what food tastes good to others you should at least have it as an option on the selections so again today...
