Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Visited Saturday September 19th. Absolutely amazing sandwich as always. The only problem I had was with a manager named rose. She was very unprofessional with her staff.She would not let them work comfortably instead She was breathing down their necks making the employees look nervous. When I walked in the store no one was in there but they working on a big call order. So they let me know they would be right with me. I had no problem waiting because everyone is always so nice amd friendly plus the food is phenomenal. But when She walked in everyone's energy seemed to go down. Her workers just put their head down amd looked discourage. She also was talking about another employ being slow to another employee with tattoos. As a business owner myself I would never talk about an employee out loud where my customers hear. Very unprofessional and tacky. Then She announced loudly that she was going out back to smoke. That's gross and no-one wants to hear that from someone who is ordering food. So although I will continue to visit I just hope I do not have to see this unpleasant lady again. She really needs to be retrained about her behaviors as a manager. But everyone else did great! Erica is the young lady who helped me out and as always she was awesome. My boyfriend and I went back last weekend and had great service. The sandwiches were yummy and we will be back again. Thanks.

I am editing my review because the owner contacted and took care of the situation below. I hope to eat there again in the future and be as satisfied as I have with other Jersey Mike's. I will rewrite a review once I have ate here again. Thank you for contacting me.

Went to Jersey Mike's a couple of weeks ago at 830 pm and they close at 9 pm. There was someone getting a sandwich before and one came in also after me. First they asked me how many sub and then proceeded to say the had one half sandwich on white and then two loaves of wheat. I was ordering two sandwiches like the medium size they have. I got the turkey sandwich with bacon on and it and the other one was like a cold cut. I can't remember the number sorry. Well first they were annoyed because i walked in, second I needed double meat on the cold cut one. They asked if I wanted may and mustard and I said yes to both. Disappointing. Tonight I ordered a bacon chicken and ranch in a tub with EXTRA bacon online. When I arrived they had my order ready but without bacon and I was told they were OUT OF BACON!? They offered me chips or a drink in replacement for the bacon but that doesn’t make it okay. If they were out of bacon, they should’ve just called me to inform me and I would’ve cancelled my order. ON TOP OF THAT, I ordered my meal “mike’s way” and was assured by the girl behind the counter that it was made “mike’s way”. I drove all the way home to eat my baconless meal to find out that it was not made “mikes way” like I asked and was assured it was. I called to get a refund and the phone line is down.
