This day really upset me when I visited. I had been waiting for 15 minutes at this point and several others who ordered before me had very small orders and hadn't got their order. I visit this location often. From breakfast to dinner to lunch. In the morning there are older managers. I am used to the wait and always to take that into account because I know it has staffing issues. It's just the area. So I don't mind. But the amount of disrespect between employees and how they completely ignored and kept their backs to their front counter and to anyone in the building when they saw them at the counter. They didn't greet anyone. They didn't acknowledge anyone to their face but they made it loudly clear to the lobby that they were making threats and cussing to not only myself but other customers. Because of sure lack of respect. It came to it that others became upset from being ignored that they started walking behind the counter to get sauce. I waived the young manager down to help who had served me. Because it seems like he was the only one working. I let him know what was happening and asked for their names so I could speak with the corporate office. I don't know his. But letting him know this issue wasn't his fault. He was no older than 16. And he said they were minors so he couldn't give out that information. It's sad that we all work extremely hard in our lives and field. And just would like to get a meal like everyone does. When you serve your community and others around it and people refuse to be courteous or have decency and professionalism for others. This makes it a sad day. Read moreI've had some trouble lately getting my Frappe made just right. I picked up my online order in the drive thru today during a very busy time of day. It's ALWAYS busy at this time. My Frappe had probably been made with the intent to be ready on time which is great! But it probably sat for a bit by the time I got to the window. I went inside and just showed it (watery consistancy) to the counter guy wearing a curbside vest and right away he offered to remake it! His name was Adam. He was very hospitable... genuinely friendly and helpful with a good sense of urgency. He very quickly and accurately read to me my beloved nightmare of a customized drink order before quickly getting to the remake. He then informs me that the espresso machine was being cleaned and he couldn't add my double shot and asked if if be willing to wait. I said "no, that's ok. Just skip the espresso". Next thing i know he's serving me the next best thing possible and even made it a large for the inconvenience. Hire more Adams!! That pleasant welcoming employee nature makes a big difference in case like these. I've had alot of good experiences at this location....
Read moreI ordered dinner for my dad and I. The girl at the drive-thru asked me to wait and then apparently forgot about me as several minutes later, she asked if she had already taken my order. When I finally pulled up to the 1st window nobody was there, I could see through the window that 4 of the employees were playing on their phones at the sinks, no one came up to the window so I pulled up to the 2nd one. I told the employee there that I hadn't paid yet since no one was at the 1st window, although now they were charging the truck that was behind me, and what ensued was 5 minutes of her running back and forth between the 2 windows before she finally charged me and gave me my order. Normally, I'd ignore all of this. It's very obviously a young staff, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't goof off when I worked similar jobs. But, when I got home, my dad and I both discovered that our burgers were not only covered in black pepper but were undercooked. It's obvious that the crew at this McDonald's is highly unprofessional and untrained. I would not recommend anyone eat here until that fact...
