At Home — Local services in Corpus Christi

Walked into store around 7 Sunday night, found very few salesperson on the floor to help customers. My husband called out for assistance 4 or 5 times in the middle of store with no response. After 20-30 mins looking for our basket that had some artwork that we finally finally agreed on...we decided we'd lost our appetite for shopping and we're on our way out when we finally met a sales lady at the door brining in carts.. Thankfully she called her associate to find out if she'd seen our bbasket...and she had. She pushed it to the back in an effort to clean the floor. We left a bit relieved but we're really disappointed at the lack of customer service available. I hope management will consider hiring more associates to help customers... Items on higher shelves were not accessible because no one was there to help. We love the store. It has everything and many awesome varieties of everything...but the service has a lot to be desired. Will think twice before shopping there again. I do know to never leave my basket...

Very disappointed with my trip yesterday. The manager on duty would not honor a 50%sticker on a framed art that was damaged on the back. The sticker was placed on the front with the original price tag. The picture was on a center table with hundreds of other assorted pieces of art. She said that people put those stickers on them. Really? She did offer a 15% discount. Also, the sign said “All patio cushions 50% off”. When I checked out with a bench cushion, I was informed that “ALL” but those cushions were on sale. She referenced the weekly ad, but couldn’t find one to show me. She did not offer a discount or apology. I failed to get names of either the cashier or manager on duty. There was one very help employee when I asked for assistance with a top shelf item. I am leery of...

Came here with my husband yesterday at 8:20 and we knew exactly what we were looking for. He went to use the restroom before we shopped and was told the restrooms were closed at 8:20. We didn’t even realize they closed at 9 on Sundays, but closing the bathroom 40 minutes early really? Not to mention this one old lady who kept giving us ugly stairs and telling her friend across the store “Ugh I’m so ready to go” while we were standing right there and she was being blatantly rude and obnoxiously loud. We didn’t appreciate it one bit. We are usually regular customers but after this incident I think I’ll find a new...
