We have been loyal customer to this particular Papa Johns due to its close proximity to our home. They have made mistakes in the past and have always been gracious and made up for it with some sort of credit or something. Tonight I placed an order online (this is how we always order from this Papa Johns) and then went by to pick it up. I was given a blank stare by the register operator when it was my turn to walk to the front of the line, so I gave my name and what I had ordered. The girl said my total was $27 and change. I explained to her that the total was $20.55, and re-iterated our order. She gave me the blank stare again and repeated that I owed her $27 and change. Thinking that I had made a mistake and mis-read my order, I immediately pulled out my phone and checked the email receipt that Papa Johns had sent me 10 minutes before. Sure enough, it read $20.55. I offered my phone to the girl across the counter, she barely glanced at it so I placed it down and pushed it towards her. I explained that it clearly read $20.55 and even zoomed in and pointed to the total so she could see it very easily. She looked at me again with the blank stare, and turned her monitor towards me, pointing at the screen and saying again, that I owed her $27 and change. Her monitor read $27 and change, I do not have any idea how, and that was none of my concern. So I told her my order (again) and pointed to my phone (again) and told her (again) that I wasn't going to be overcharged for my pizza, that it would have to be changed. She then gave a sarcastic laugh, and said flatly, "NO". I shrugged, turned around and walked out of the store. I went to a local grocery store for pizza for my family. I am writing Papa Johns as soon as I finish this review. Treating customers like this store did is completely un-acceptable. This store deserves nothing more than a poor review to warn other potential customers away before they are treated...
Read moreDefinitely check your order before leaving. Charged for pepperoni, seasoning packets, red dipping sauce, & garlic dipping sauce we didn't order. Didn't get blue cheese dipping sauce we ordered & was charged for. Toppings were extremely sparse on the pizza we ordered with lots of veggie toppings. Ordered extra sauce on my cheese pizza I don't really consider what they put to be "extra." Crust on cheese pizza was overdone IMO otherwise would've been a good pizza. Regular pizza sauce was not hot & spicy or overly sweet-just right IMO. Unsauced wings were very small barely any meat, mostly fat. Next time will get a bigger order & hope there's more meat... Garlic parmesean breadsticks were burnt on top. The garlic was a little too much for me personally. Little Caesars breadsticks with just parmesean & butter will always be the best breadsticks IMO. Double chocolate chip brownie was a bit much for me just picked out the chips. It was still warm & gooey but I don't like having to buy a pan of 8 they weren't that spectacular. Ordered from mobile website at 5pm. Followed on the website tracker-order was ready very quickly & was still hot when we got it home. Paid $65 & a tip, picked up in-store, should've got a correct order. I will give it another chance at some point because the pizza was good & there's other items that look good, but maybe will try ordering over the phone next time & ask them not to burn anything.
2nd visit: at least they got the order correct this time but my cheese pizza was still way over baked. The other veggie pizza was more...

I ordered a single large pizza at 5:15pm for delivery about 3 miles away. Started calling an hour after the order was placed to see what happened to the delivery. Autobot answered the phone and put me on hold. While on hold I drove to the store. All the parking spaces in front of the store were taken by pizza delivery vehicles. Inside I was the only customer, one employee on the phone, several others in back. Waited a minute or two, still on hold, then took a look at the stack of pizza boxes on the shelf waiting to be delivered. An employee walked up and told me that I couldn't stand there... Heard something hit the floor to my right and looked to see the image on the photo. One of several food-caked cooking trays on the floor had reached the end of the oven conveyor and fallen onto the pile of trays already on the floor. If I hadn't already paid for the pizza I would have left it with them. Asked to speak with the manager. Told him the pizza was ordered over an hour earlier, and I was STILL HOLDING for someone to answer the phone. He reiterated that I couldn't have my pizza until I stepped back. Should have walked out. Not sure what I'll do with the $18 cold pizza... never again Papa John! Next visit will be from the...
