"I placed an order, and two minutes later, they called me to inform me that they didn’t have stuffed crust pizza. I told them I would call back but decided to go in person instead. When I arrived, I asked for a thin and crispy pizza with extra cheese. While ringing me up, I asked how long it would take to be ready. The employee responded, 'I don’t know, to be honest.'

I then asked how long it takes to prepare, and he said, '2 to 3 hours.' I clarified that I meant how long it takes to go through the oven and be ready, but he still said he didn’t know. When I asked again, he repeated that it takes 2 to 3 hours. At that point, I felt like he was being sarcastic. The overall atmosphere and the staff’s attitude made it seem like they didn’t want to be there.

I believe that employees should know basic preparation times, especially if they’ve been trained properly. Based on this experience, I would rate this place one star."

I wish I could give the Pizza Hut at 3657 Leopard Rd. Corpus Christi, TX. a zero rating as even a 1/5 star rating is still too good for this particular establishment! Delivery times are horrendous at this location, often exceeding a 2+ hour delivery time, when you were originally quoted a 35 to 45 minute delivery window. When your food finally arrives, it's luke warm at best, and more often than not, the driver brings you an incomplete order! Call in / online ordering for carry out doesn't do you any better, either! Food is never ready in its quoted carry out time, making you stand around an additional 10 to 15 minutes when you get there and more often than not, you pick up your order and make it all the way home, just to find out that they sent you on your way with the wrong order! My God this place is terrible! The smug attitude of the employees and management sure doesn't help their case, neither! Please feel free to forward my complaint to Pizza Hut...

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. Called to have pizza delivered 3 miles away from the store and they claimed they didn’t deliver at our location so we ordered carry out but that was almost impossible because I couldn’t understand what the person taking the order was saying. Needless to say we went and picked up the pizza and of course it was wrong. SURPRISE!! The employee behind the register tried to argue and claim she didn’t take the order which nobody said she did. They remade the pizza but the customer service at this Pizza Hut is atrocious. Now I know why nobody was there. Corporate might want to pay a surprise visit or place an anonymous order and find out what lousy service this store provides. I’ll never return again. Incompetent employees and...
