Im a patient person but I have been here twice and both times was slow service. The first time took 15 for someone to respond at the drive thru. One other customer so I was understanding and waited but still expected someone to say, "Ill be right with you" or something to show good customer service. The second time no one other customer was there yet no one answered and after 20 minutes of waiting I just pulled up to the window to finally get someone's attention. I was not able to get down either time cause I have 3 babies in the car and was expecting fast service. They also didn't put enough meat in my husband's sandwich which was super flat. He also told me how he doesnt like the service and even though he works close by he drives further to another location for better service. I will never come back to this...

Nasty food, I don't like to talk bad but the service was really bad, the woman who was doing the bread side was sniffing and coughing, the gentleman on the veggies side was just not waiting to be there and kept picking the woret veggies, the turkey meat didn't look good and ended up not being good. The veggie side looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple months and the veggies were soggy looking, the lettuce was brown. I worked for subway before and I know for sure I would either loose my job or get written up for how everything looked. I tried to give them the bennifit of doubt but unfortunately withing 30 mins of eating my sandwich I had gotten sick. It sucks its the closest subway to my job for when...

Ordered sandwich online and went to pick it up in person, asked for it to be toasted, and have bacon on it. Bacon was completely raw, meal was not toasted whatsoever. When asking the employees if toasted the man at the counter said it wasn't him and was the younger woman. She said she didn't see it. When I pointed out it clearly says toasted in the order ticket she just rolled her eyes and said a sarcastic apology. And said she could toast it but the vegetables would be ruined. The sandwich by this point was ALREADY soggy, wet, and cold. And drowned in mayo.
I ended up coming home with said sandwich because I didn't trust the employees anymore to even toast it. No offer to remake it...
