Quite literally the worst experience at a Popeyes thus far. Me and my friends all ordered chicken sandwich combos with one being just a sandwhich and one large fry. Out of our entire order we got the large fry, nothing else. So like normal people we brought the issue up with an employee, who told us his manager wished to talk to us, so we had to go through the drive thru once again to talk about an issue that could be fixed easily. When we got to the window, the manager was visibly upset, claiming she made the order, and that she would never not give us our food. Then the manager was rude and claimed we were lying about not getting our entire order. We explained that we in fact never got our entire order, and that we expected either a refund or the rest of our order. One of the employees told us that they called the general manager, and that the general manager said we can only get TWO of the THREE sandwiches we ordered. We told them that we need a refund for the food we never received, and instead of them being understanding of the mess up, they decided to try to turn it on us and claim we were lying, trying to get free food. But why would we wait an entire hour for food we got? We had been driving all day, all the way from Seguin to Corpus, so we just wanted to stop and get some food. It was completely disrespectful and uncalled for for the manager to curse us out and claim we were lying. They gave us the two chicken sandwiches that we didn't trust enough to eat, and told us to show up the next day to talk to the general manager. Read moreOrdered the biggest family order of chicken tenders (16) with 3 large sides and biscuits. I ordered it online and selected mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, and fries as my 3 large sides. When I got home about 5 mins later, the chicken tenders were already cold and I could tell they had been sitting there for a while already because they were crispy and the chicken was hard already. The 3 large sides were ALL FRIES! I called the store and they didn't fix the problem. Why would I want all fries??! Just for that and a half gallon of sweet tea my bill was $35!! If the food was fresh and they got the order correct it might not have been such a problem, but considering the food was old and the price I paid for old food I will NEVER be going to this location, let alone any other location again. I suggest you avoid this location altogether as well because you wont get fresh food! They need to work on their customer service and learn how to fix a problem rather than brushing me off as if I ordered wrong. Read moreWent to Popeyes on Port Ave drive thru and of course the girl at the window gave us attitude about a cup holder when I asked. Then get our order, go home unpack all the sides and no main meals, call the manager told her and she said come back I'll remake your order. Get there and the cashier gives me attitude about not bringing the sides. I told her I just need my 2 #5 that I'm missing. Then I'm standing there spaced out and she tells me CAN I HELP YOU. I mean I'm looking right at her but not really at her. I'm just just looking. so I snap out of it. I heard her and still heard her mouthing off really loudly and I said I'm sorry are you talking to me. And she leaves to the back and says I HATE WHEN PEOPLE JUST FCKN STARE. I told her I wasn't staring at you my bad for looking in your direction. The manager didn't say one word to her employee, she just let her continue to cuss and be loud. The manager gave me my order and said you can leave now. What type of customer service is this smh... very unprofessional and no respect.
