Simply Elegant by Raymond was the best choice I could have ever made when picking a bakery to make my wedding cake! My cake tasting was so fun and they easily honored my request to have chocolate mousse as my filling! My original wedding date was set for April 2020 and then the pandemic hit, but this wonderful bunch worked with me to make sure moving my wedding date to September wouldn’t be as stressful as it felt! They made the effort to try and make me chocolate branches for my love-bird inspired wedding cake, and when that didn’t work, they went out and found the most beautiful branches! Weeks after our special event, guests were still ranting over the deliciousness of the cakes. From the very first meeting to the very end Raymond and Curtis were friendly, professional and fun! The cake at the event was a level 8 in difficulty. The design turned out better than perfect! The cake had an almond flavoring with an icing exterior. DELISH! DELISH! DELISH! Curtis is so friendly. We were supposed to have other cake tastings and we cancelled with them because his friendliness and kindness made us feel so welcomed that we knew he will give us peace of mind on our actual wedding day.
