Food is amazing, cost is reasonable. Staff is rude, unfortunately. They are not very welcoming at all. When I call to place to-go orders, they are quick to get off the phone. Seem to always be very rushed. I’m not able to complete my sentence before given a total, even when I’m not finished ordering. They don’t say thank you, they don’t say goodbye. They just hang up. Haha! I’m assuming they are overwhelmed, possibly understaffed at the moment?! Picking up the orders is just as bad. Each time I come here, I’m told 15-20min for my order to be ready. I leave my office at the 15min mark, arrive 5-6 later, call the Togo number… the lady is talking at 100mph, hangs up without saying goodbye and then I still sit for another 10-15min waiting for someone to bring my order out. That person doesn’t say hello, doesn’t repeats my order to me, doesn’t say goodbye… nothing. Just gave me my slip, asked me to sign it, then walks away. Food-so good, price-good, staff- eehhhh, that part needs improvement! Overall, I’ll be back because the food is so good. But I hope the staff understands that the way they speak to, and treat their customers, makes a huge difference and certainly reflects on the tip, even for a pick...

First time with SugarBakers! They had the most dazzling dessert display! Tantalizing treats tempting us our first steps in! Beyond the beautiful placings, they covered the walls with such wonderful personalities! From the warm "welcome" hanging stained-glass, to detailed paintings! They accompanied precious potted poinsettia and the green "cast-iorn" plants! Besides the lively decorations, we had such heartfelt lovely service. Our Lauren was so thoughtful and attentive while catering to me and my family. She was very considerate while we celebrated my cousin's 30th birthday together! Never had a hard time reaching her, even crossing the restaurant for our simple tendings. We enjoyed the stay so much, it just had to come with us! Upon our exit we swiftly received some to-go boxes to help carry our celebratory desserts home. Definitely returning with more family, and recommend you bring yours! Such a sweet staff for...

Cute little spot to grab breakfast, and the pastries are definitely something you shouldn’t pass up!

The sweet tea was perfectly sweet, and I got the unsweet raspberry iced tea and it was refreshing. I personally didn’t use any sweetener.

My husband got the Sunrise Sandwich which he thoroughly enjoyed. A simple yet yummy breakfast sandwich!

I got the Lox & Bagel plate and everything was so good! The capers and cream cheese pair well with the smoked salmon and fresh vegetables. The hash browns were crispy and a classic breakfast side.

The bat sugar cookie was so cute, the cannoli was amazing! The outside shell was crispy and the creamy filling didn’t make it soggy. Lastly, the cranberry muffin! Tart from the cranberries yet sweet from the sugar on top as well as the super moist muffin! So good!!
