Over priced and underserved is the motto here. I made an order to go over the phone told me half hour got there and went inside just 7 mins early figured it may be ready and if not I could wait. Tell them my name they say oh we a little backed up gonna be about 15 mins. Okay no big deal after 20 mins and watching another to go person walk in and directly have their order handed to them. I am told 5 mins longer after 10 mins I am told 5 mins longer after 12 mins I am told just about done all the while one guy at the bar ordered after I got to the restaurant and then received his food and was halfway done eating this also happened with another couple...I finally get my food. What did I order a side of pasta salad, a grilled cheese, a turkey club sandwich type, and one other chicken sandwich thing that had queso on it, and a chicken salad sandwich plus 3 bags of chips ...over an hour past time I placed the order I received my food. No apology no offer for a free drink while I wait or to give back some money...nothing..Longest I have ever waited to receive a couple sandwiches EVER and frankly shocked they are in business with that type of treatment of a customer who spent over $40...
Read moreAfter waiting in line, with no exaggeration, for 20 minutes, one of the two waitresses, equipped with a handheld POS, skipped me and the guy in front of me and went to the fourth person in line. I assume the waitress wanted to split the line of waiting customers in half. If that was the reason, it would’ve been totally fine. Had she asked, but she didn’t ask. She told us that she was just going to start with the person behind me. The kicker was that she was able to get through the people behind me before the woman on the main register was able to help the person in front of her and the guy in front of me. Everyone else behind me got their order in first, as well as the two folks ahead of me. Not to mention the fact that they scream at each other, it seems, when they want to communicate with each other. If somebody has to take food out to the patio, then one of the three staff members have to leave the register or the bar or the kitchen or the customers to do so. Please do better. Read moreI have eaten here several times since they opened. The first few times I ate here I was singing their praises to all who asked. Now my story will be different. The person who helped me was super short and rude, acting like my patronage was annoying. I was told to be there in 15 minutes, showed up in about twenty and was asked to wait a few more. But the way I was asked was as though, once again, my patronage was annoying. I went outside to wait in my vehicle and was surprised to see the person bagging my sandwich was EATING while she was doing it! Not too sanitary but I was hungry so I said nothing. When I got home there were items missing from my order, I called back and they were super duper annoyed so I opted not to pick up my missing items! Told them to keep the Mac and cheese and they would have no future visits from me.
