McDonald's — Restaurant in Corsicana

My husband and I stopped here last night and the service was sub-par. As always, I ordered a double chs burger with no pickles (im allergic). At first it showed correctly on the screen but when we changed something else, the whole order was deleted and reentered, minus the no pickles, which I didn't notice at the time. We payed at the first window but weren't told which window to pick up at so we pulled up to the last one. While we sat there, 2 other vehicles BEHIND us in line got there orders. We had been there for about 8 minutes by now. We had to back up to window 2. How hard would it have been to walk down 1 window and give us our order while it was still hot?? They tried giving me a Diet Dr. Pepper (I ordered a Diet Coke). As we pulled out of the parking lot, I unwrapped my burger & low and behold right under the bun is not 2 BUT 3 pickles (I always look before I bite into it). I didn't have time to go back, So, thank you night workers @ this McDonald's for robbing me of my double chs burger. (And almost my life). This location is very new and up to date. They have new inside kiosks for ordering and someone to help with placing your order through the kiosks. The workers were extremely helpful and friendly. The food came out quickly, was hot and tasty, and the order was accurate. We were in a motorhome towing a car and had seen on Google Maps that there were long RV parking spaces, which convinced us to try this store, since access can be difficult for RV's. Unfortunately, three small cars were parked in the three RV parking slots, clearly marked for RV/BUS only. When we mentioned it, we were told it was an ongoing problem. Two of the three cars were in the slots when we arrived and were still there when we left. A management meeting was ongoing and it appeared that these cars may have belonged to someone in the meeting. We would have given this a 5 star rating, if not for the difficult parking. When you're ordering from McDonald's online ordering systems and it's an issue, make sure you are double checking to see if you're actually getting refunded. McDonald's CORSICANA I45 and 31 I 45 and HWY 31 CORSICANA, TX 75110 has lied to me twice and said they don't have an order for me, process my order through as if I picked it up, lie to say nothing shows up, and charge my card. You ask to speak to a mamager they act dumb refuse to give their name (even though I found it out Francis), refuse to give corporate or owners information even though they have it posted. When I call their owners they refuse to answer their phone. I had to file a dispute with my bank TWICE. The only reason I got my money back is because I called corporate. I didnt want to take it to social media, but TWICE at the same location is crazy work.
