Gloria's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

Found a fly cooked into my rice and spider in my eggs.. when I told the cook about it, he said it was normal to find bugs in food .. i dont think so. This place needs to be shut down. At least they didn't hesitate to refund my money when I asked for it back. Only took one bite before i saw the bugs. Plus eggs were hot,. I asked for sunny side up and the gave me over hard.. The rice, and the beans were cold and old from previous day I believe.. STAY AWAY...

The service was crazy slow The cooks kept filling to go orders and we were sitting there for an hour and 10 minutes before I even got a dinner salad. When the food finally started to arrive it was cold. Carne asada was cold, beans cold, I think my salad was warmer than the steak 😕. The food was very blan and all around unimpressive. Extremely expensive. A burrito was $25 with a Tamarindo. Great service, thank you Erika, nice atmosphere. If they dropped their prices in half this place would be packed.
