These guys can literally never get a single thing right. I keep ordering to give them another chance and they keep managing to mess it up. I pay for extra onions and I do not get them. I pay to add his to my burrito and I do not get it. I ask for no jalepeno sauce (because I hate it) and they mark my wrapper saying “no jalepeno sauce” and then add it in anyways. I’m honestly sick of it. How hard is it to leave something off that a customer doesn’t want or to add the things they pay extra for? Extremely difficult, apparently. I used to order the cheesy bean and rice burritos because they had more in them than a bean burrito and were cheaper and now when you order them, they’re 70% tortilla and virtually no filling. Same with regular bean burritos. Bottom line, if you pay for something extra, they won’t give it to you but if you ask them to leave something off, they will. I’m tired of making simple requests and not getting what i’m paying for. If I pay extra for something, I expect to get it.
This is a genuinely pathetic excuse for a bean burrito. I get that inflation is a thing, but there no reason that burritos should be less than half the size they used to be. This thing is mostly tortilla and...

First I pull up and see avocado ranch chicken taco....get told they ended it 2 days ago but they didn't bother to fix the sign or tell people ahead of time. So I ordered my mom something asked for no tomatoes or lettuce. I got Chipotle melts instead. My total was 19.03 so my mom handed me 5.03 so I could pay the rest with my card. Got up to the window and handed the person the money and told them the rest would go on my card. The one young lady told him to run my card first (which would of charged me the full price) I didn't say anything in a mean way. I said " no, you run the money first then the card... or else it will charge the whole thing on my card" the woman rolled her eyes and said " geeze no need to be so fricken rude" which then set me off but I kept my mouth shut. Our food was already done before we paid so nothing happened to our food accept they left the lettuce and tomatoes on my moms chulupas. And later I saw they charged me 14.03 on my card ( idc about the 3 cents but it was kinda stupid when I handed them...
Read moreStood at the register for 10 minutes as the workers chatted and saw my fiancé and our daughter waiting. No one greeted us. We literally arrived as the person in front of us was paying. The cashier walked away after glancing at us but didn’t say anything to us. We could have gone elsewhere but we were so hungry from working all day. When we finally spoke up, the lady/man whatever was very rude and didn’t care and tried to rush us. We ordered 19$ worth of food. When food arrived, the chicken chipotle melt was 2.19 and it’s the same size as a cheesy roll-up for a child. Not worth it. Very disappointed. My bean and cheese burrito was wrapped with old tortilla that was crumbling as I unwrap it. The cheesy roll up was half cooked and shredded cheese wasn’t melted. As we sat for over 30 minutes we seen 4 people come in and complain about missing something or having the wrong order. Others waited the same amount of time we did to order. But yet all we hear (lobby is empty) is the workers chat and stand around. This Taco Bell really has gone down hill. Recommend...
