Read moreI had been waiting 15 mins with only 1 car ahead of me who I watched place her order. By the time I got to the window the young man who processed my payment, approx 2:50pm was very, very cordial. I spoke up and let a blonde girl know I only had 6 mins left to get to work. I was going to give her my name and come back tomorrow. She "snapped" at me and said "we're in training right now so you're going to have to wait" WHAT?? Is this the new way DB is treating people? I have been a faithful customer for years and in one visit she made me not want to come back! Personally I'm sick of people like her treating others in a disrespectful manner, this not how DB treats their customers. I will not be returning to the Hwy 101 store in Coos Bay, for fear I will have to deal with her rudeness. Too bad, but honestly I'd rather wait a half hour than be treated like I'm less than her. Does she understand without your customers there's no need for employees, especially someone rude like her? I rarely complain, but her remark, in her snotty tone and attitude was...

Denied over a matter of less than 3 minutes? I had already tipped and then asked politely about the pin, only to be brushed off without much conversation or customer care.
What really bothered me, though, was what happened next. As I stood there, I overheard the employees behind the counter discussing which pins they were going to set aside for themselves. One male employee even said he was going to use his free large drink to qualify and grab one. So the pins are available, just not for paying customers who show up a couple minutes early?
I’m a regular at this location and normally tip every visit, but after this experience, I won’t be tipping again—not for individuals who prioritize themselves over loyal customers. Dutch Bros is a great brand, but these aren’t the kind of people you want...
