Stopped in today for a quick lunch, turned out very disappointed, enough so to leave a review, since the counter help seemed offended that we weren't satisfied and told us if we didn't like the puzza the way they made it, we could pay for a different one. Since you already messed up the first one, why on earth would I pay for another one? I would purchase another one if I was happy with the food. I actually am not interested in paying extra for lower quality. I ordered an "Extra Most Bestest" because I wanted cheesy pizza. Some of the slices looked like a full third of the slice was just crust. I am not typically one to return food either, but when I pay extra for "extra", I expect to at least be able to not leave disappointed in the food and the customer service.
Updated to add: Despite the issues this restaurant has been having recently, we gave it another try today. We called ahead and ordered, and when we pulled up, handed over the card to pay. After I was charged and handed a receipt, I saw that what was on the receipt was not what we had just ordered over the phone. We ended up having to "custom order" a pizza in order to get sausage instead of pepperoni. How silly, and unnecessarily expensive! The meal deal we had ordered was apparently not available unless you order through some online service, but instead of telling us that, the employee took the order, said ok, then charged us individually for each part of the meal. Why not just tell us it wasn't available? The whole experience has been ridiculous. I can order any of Domino's specialty pizzas for the same price (within a dollar) as an extra most bestest, so I guess I'll be doing...
Read more+JMJ...Most excellent little drive up fast food pizza establishment! Was hoping to have pizza delivery but they don't have that service. However, when I explained what I had intended to do, provide pizza for co-workers, the counter clerk stated that they had ready made pizza. GREAT! I made my purchase of 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and went off happy to work. The pizzas were fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS!! My 1st experience visiting Little Ceasar's was more than satisfactory and I am looking forward to my next opportunity to visit again. UPDATE: Thursday 29 December 2022. Paid an after work visit, 7:30 pm, to pick up pizza. Though they were busy preparing orders, a young man stepped out to the counter to take my order. He was one of the nicest guys ever! Greeted me like a friend. Didn't get his name but I plan to do so when I visit again. Being pleasantly surprised that they had one pepperoni pizza ready to go, I didn't have to wait. I ate half the pizza before arriving home. The pizza was hot, every bite a taste sensation. There is something really tasty about the crust, tomato and cheese toppings layered with thin, crisp pepperoni. Yummy!! đ I will be returning again soon! Blessed New Year 2023 everyone! 14 February 2023 Blessed St Valentine's Day! Returned to pick up pizzas to share with co-workers. Happy to learn the name of the attendant. His name is Lyle. Very courteous! Little Ceasar's is a small pick up and go eatery, but they are really big on superior customer service and providing, to go,...
Read moreI'm looking forward to some hot and ready Caesars Pizza, problem is; I've only got $205 in my pocket and no credit card on me. That is, two crisp $100 bills and five ones. The clerk says, "we can't take $100 bills" I respond politely with, "could you call your manager?" A middle-aged man comes to the counter looking a bit Haggard from a long day in a Pizza Kitchen. I explain my situation and he says, "we can't take $100 bills". I respond with; "are you not part of a large corporate restaurant chain? How can you not take $100 bills? Are you prepared to comp my food? He looks in me with the confused look and says, "I can't do that". I respond with; "how do you stay in business?" Fortunately he was quick, and he said, "the safe has a time lock, if you don't mind waiting 10 minutes I can break your hundred-dollar bill." I respond with, "wouldn't you rather have the business? I'll wait", besides it was going to take 10 minutes to prepare my pizza anyways and my appetite out weighed my need to make a point. The moral to the story is, don't be hundred dollar bills to this Little Caesar pizza, for their concern over being robbed outweighs their concern for doing business. In the rare event that; the manager should read this post, I say we are in an economic upswing, people carry more money and would like to spend it, it is your job to be prepared...
