El Patio Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Cottonwood

For three burritos it was $39.00 I asked for 2 asada and 1 green chilli I received what I ordered but let me tell you I asked why so expensive they told me that it was a BIG burrito I said I hope so for almost $12 each they should full us up. We got them and as you see in the pic they are not big they are almost the same size as the Tina burrito you get from #Safeway for $0.39 each my first experience here and I was very clear that I was upset for the price and they assured me that they were worth it. I am sorry it was not! This experience was not worth the cost I review every experience I have good or bad so please trust me when I say avoid this location because they are over priced for the product they produce. I did not eat at the location this was a to go order so maybe the service makes up for the price but if I got this and I was sitting at the restaurant I would have gave a $0.00 tip just for the food. I am sorry but I would have rather went across the street and ordered what they had in the hot section. Not a good experience and not recommended at all. One of the 3 burros still had the bay leaf in it! Why would this be over looked for the price. Again this is my opinion and I again would not recommend this location. This was our second visit to the El Patio in Cottonwood. While the food is pretty good, the Rimrock location is better in quality and flavor of food and cocktails. We also have been quite disappointed in the cocktails ordered both times in Cottonwood. The Cadillac margarita tasted like I would expect to get at a concert or event - not good at all. If would be great if they could step up the quality of both food and drinks at this location. They seem to have the basics, but need some tweaking.

Additionally, no napkins accompanied the cocktails that were filled to the brim and we had to ask for limes with our margaritas...both should be standard or at least offered at time of ordering. I don't know how this place got such good ratings. One of our meals had spoiled meat, and when we called them on it they agreed that their meat was bad and they're going to have to go through the refrigerator. And then she came back and said that they found 3 other bags of spoiled meat that had been left from when they had lost power and they were all little past the due expiration date?????????
