THAT Brewery: Where Brews and Paws Unite

As a dog lover, finding a pet-friendly spot is essential, and THAT Brewery in Cottonwood, Arizona, checks all the boxes. Let me share why this place deserves your attention:

🍻 Atmosphere Among the Brewers: 5/5 The cozy ambiance at THAT Brewery remains unchanged. You'll still feel like you've stumbled upon a hidden gem. But now, there's an added bonus: your four-legged companion can join you! The brewers' passion for their craft is infectious, and your pup will feel right at home.

❄️ Small and Cozy: THAT Brewery's intimate size means more personalized service. Whether you're sipping a cold one indoors or enjoying the patio, your dog can be by your side. It's a win-win for both humans and their furry pals.

🌬️ Swamp Coolers: Even in Arizona's scorching heat, THAT Brewery keeps things cool. The swamp coolers maintain a comfortable temperature, ensuring both you and your dog can relax without breaking a sweat.

🤝 Friendly Staff: The staff's warmth extends to your canine companion. They'll greet your dog with smiles and maybe even a treat or two. It's a place where everyone—two-legged and four-legged—feels welcome.

So, whether you're a beer enthusiast, a dog lover, or both, THAT Brewery is the place to be. Raise your glass (and your dog's...

My wife and I stopped by and got a flight of 6 beers for $7 on Tuesday about 4:15pm. Strawberry Blond, Dopple Altbier, English Pale Ale, Stout, Abbey and Coffee Porter. All the beers were clean and served in hefty glasses and poured well by the server. The place is a big warehouse off the main road but easy to find with big signs directing you. The bar is nice and they have created a warm ambience inside by lining that area with wood slats. The server was nice and friendly and we also met the brewer. Happy hour pints from 4-7 were $3 which is a great deal. While in Jerome I had a taste of the Road Rash IPA which was very good, hoppy, crisp, light and well-balanced. My favorite of the 6 beers was the Dopple Altbier, not a style you normally see. The coffee porter had an outstanding coffee aroma and flavor. The English Pale ale was very good for that style. My least favorite was the stout just because it seemed a little light for the style, closer to a porter or dark ale. All in all a great find...

I visited here with my wife on a Wednesday for happy hour and we had a great experience!

I thought the happy hour deal was awesome and we took full advantage using the opportunity to try a lot of the beers they had to offer.

Some of them were average, however I found a couple to be really nice and well above average. Those couple being the Strawberry Blonde and the Watermelon Dirty Verde.

There were a few private unisex restrooms that shared 1 sink and everything was clean and stocked.

They had a few bar games on site including a shuffle board and foosball table as well as a ton of board games.

The woman tending the bar by herself was very friendly and really on top of making sure everyone was happy which was nice.

I'd 100% recommend...

The bartender was fabulously awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers (although I found most of them to be average). I also love the taproom, which is built into the brewery. This is exactly how taprooms should be (centered around the Brewery first and then offering patrons tables and a place to drink). The taproom had tasteful reclaimed wood siding. There was a variety of beers to choose from, including some high ABV ones. While they are not currently offering flights, the bartender was very generous at offering samples of beers so I could pick the ones I liked best.
