Casey's — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

This is by far my least liked location of this chain. The employees are already in a mood so when you ask questions they respond with attitude. It looks like they are understaffed and unable to multitask; like a question from a customer is a nuisance to the task they are working on at the time and that somehow it stops them from multitasking.

Additionally, there is NEVER any Pizza slices when I go there and I am always asked to "wait 15- 20 mins" for the next batch. I believe this is because of lack of sufficient staff to keep up with demand and monitoring of inventory. I have left multiple times due to them not having the pizza ready in a timely manner even though I try to come when the employees say there will be some ("every hour at the top of the hour").

Lastly, I had money stolen from me at the store but when they went back in the camaras they told me it was in an area where they did not have any cameras even thought it was right by the coffee machines. This means lack of sufficient...

Update. Casey's makes NO effort to fix this. The 'contact us' page will not send emails for months now. Pathetic to have go to social media. Came in 5 min early to pick up food. Was gonna buy a snack too but the bigger lady was yelling they were closing in 2 min so hurry up.I go to the food counter & the guy is clearly busy doing his work. I was early anyway but the bigger lady quite literally yelled at me across the store to hurry up & buy something. The smaller lady went back in the kitchen didnt wash her hands & started grabbing all the orders. She spoke politely at least. The big lady continued harrassing me as I walked to the door, asking me to buy something, I said 'no, you're being rude' & she yells louder at me even as I walked out the store. Mind you, I never raised my voice nor instigated anything, she just attacked me from the second...

We order from Casey on 23rd and South Expressway all the time. The food is good and service can't be beat. However, this morning @5:21 am, I was stuck in the car wash next door. It broke once I entered and the door went down. I could not move forward and the doors would not open. Honestly I started to get a bit anxious. I did not know nor could I see the car wash emergency number. So, I called the number in my cell phone for Casey's pizza. I told them that I was trapped in the Car wash and the nice young man came out. He explained it was not a Casey's car wash but he could help. Just then someone else paid for a wash so the automatic doors opened. The nice Casey's man guided me back out of the car wash tracks and out to freedom. Talk about going above and beyond!
