Had a great experience! Was able to try out mattresses at the show room, and find the best fit for me. Ordered the dreamcloud mattress, even though FedEx had some delays they communicated with me and kept me updated the whole time, which is always a peace of mind knowing there will be updates. John was kind and informative when I went in to check on buying a new bed set. He listened to what I wanted and needed without pressuring for upsales. He had to order the foundation I needed but offered to deliver the mattress right away. Since I was downsizing I had him wait. As soon as the foundation was in he delivered both on the same day. Only waited about a week and a half for it.
