I went here because I heard they have good tacos and they do. the tacos were really good, but the customer service was terrible to the point where I didn't want to be there honestly. The person I was with didnt want to leave though so we stayed. It started even from the moment we walked in. we walked in and there was no sign to seat yourself so we waited and this big fat blonde gal just stands there staring right at us for quite a while before finally saying "you can seat yourself" with this big attitude. Again, there is no sign. So, we seated ourselves and sure enough she is our waitress... She comes to our table and stares at us some more before finally saying "you want some drinks?" I ordered a beer with lime and yes I said "with lime." Did not get the lime. I noticed later that a woman at a nearby table ordered a water with lime and got her lime with her WATER... Then someone else brought our food out wasn't even her and she was much nicer it seemed. The food was amazing which is the only reason I'm not giving this a one star rating. My compliments to the cook. Then when she took the card for payment she went into the back for quite some time came out and cleaned like 4 or 5 tables brought some food to some other customers before finally ringing up our order and bringing the receipt back. I actually think she is the worst wait staff I've ever dealt with. Very rude. She is lucky I was not the one paying because I would not...

Even though it was a Saturday night, there were only 2 or 3 other parties present, so we were seated immediately. However, the fact that we had to pay $3.99, plus tax, plus tip for the chips was a downer right at the start. That alone is enough to drive us elsewhere for Mexican food. Those chips reminded me of off-brand store bought chips, but the salsa had some character - some real onion pieces and full of tomato chunks - we were pleased with it, and its level of spiciness.
I wasn't wild about the burrito, but it could have been worse. It was large and had lot of meat, but I honestly think that meat was seasoned with Williams Taco mix or some other off the shelf taco mix, and no expense was spared with the salt. What lettuce on that burrito? Add another $1.50 plus tax and tip for lettuce, tomato, and sour cream (in a little tube - I thought they furnished toothpaste when I first noticed it).
The meal was priced fairly, the service good, but with just so-so food and so many other Mexican restaurants to choose from (which INCLUDE the chips with meal at no extra charge), we won't be back. In fact, the extra cost chips guarantee we'd never be back, even if the food had been great. Some things are still sacred - chips at Mexican places with no extra...
