Could not believe i was verbally abused by the manager. They didnt give me my correct order. I called to tell them and was hung up on twice after a inappropriate comment by the manager. I called a third time and after i told them i only received half my order i was told not to call back again. They refused to answer the phone the fourth time i called. I went all the way back and asked to talk to the manager and instead of being helped to correct my order( order # 1591) i was told immediately to get out of the store before i could even say why i was there. I was so upset we actually argud back and fourth in the store. Instead of asking me why i was there i was taunted by the manager. The manager offered me my money back then walked away from the register to get on his phone. I told him i wanted a refund he told me to get out and hed give it to me which was a lie. I couldnt believe that happened. I expected my food or money back but got niether. Times are hard and every dollar counts and just to throw away 15 dollars...
Read moreMy visit to this McDonald's was very subpar to the expectations of McDonald's. There was one employee who was half manning the register. They force you to use the automated kiosk. I don't work for McDonald's, I do not want to be an order taker. It took 15 minutes for my double cheese burger to be ready. Please check the attached pictures for comparison photos to what was ordered and received. I learned that a DOUBLE CHEESE burger at McDonald's only has a single slice of cheese. Still no comparison to what they tell you you are getting and what you actually get. Upon picking up my meal, I learned that they did not have any large/medium cups in stock, so I got a small soda instead of the ordered large. Oh, and they were out of ice, too. I get it. It was a hot day, they probably got hit hard, but I took the time to report my experience to franchise owner and corporate and neither even acknowledged my concern. Next time, I'll go to the Burger King...

I once ordered a shamrock Mocha and the person taking my order truly had no idea what I was talking about it and continued to tell me they had no such product, even though I was pointing to it on their board. Today, I ordered an online order through the app, decided to walk in, because the drive thru was backed up, and had to wait 15 minutes for it! I've worked at McDonald's, (this specific one, in fact, as a teen), I know it's not easy, but this one is tremendously understaffed at the counter. They put all their efforts towards the drive thru, and I must say, because they do, the drive thru is usually a pleasant experience.
