Seven Moons — Restaurant in Coventry

Their food is great, however I had an extremely inappropriate interaction with the woman working at the front. I was there to pick up a door dash order and had been there waiting for quite some time- so when an order came out to the table with a sign that says “this order is for delivery driver” I walked over to check if it was my customer’s. This woman began yelling at me “maam! ma’am! That is for the restaurant’s delivery driver, the sign says it right there! Sit down and we’ll let you know when your order is ready!”

I apologized for the clearly innocent misunderstanding and sat back down.

She then proceeded to slam the kitchen door and continue profanity’s about me as if I couldn’t hear. When the correct order came out, I thanked her and wished her a nice evening and she passive aggressively did not respond.

If i had started going through the bag of food to see what was in there- then sure, raising your voice might be appropriate.

This interaction was just so unprofessional and inappropriate and it made me not want to order food from here anymore. Felt the need to write a review and maybe this person will consider taking a deep breathe before speaking to a customer...

My sister and I the only lunch customers during the time we were there, so not sure why the food was lukewarm--even though we said we wanted to "start" with crab rangoons, everything came out at once--the app, soup and main course. But it didn't matter because everything was cold anyway. Okay, lukewarm. The rangoons were actually cold around the edges and the filling was a little warmer. And the place was freezing! We mentioned how cold it was and were met with a shrug. Sister's chicken corn soup was meh--just a few pieces of corn and she barely touched it. My hot and sour was meh as well--not the worst I've ever had is about all I can say about it. Upside--shrimp were big (maybe 4 in the lunch portion?) and broccoli bright green and perfectly cooked. This place is TERRIBLE!! We ordered they said one hour the most. They would include a menu (it was my first order ever, and a place that actually delivered to my house). I said a menu would be great. Upon paying $7 for a delivery fee (they base it on the mileage). I said no problem. I was expecting a menu and what I asked for, extra ginger with my sushi, and pork fried rice. Instead I got no menu, no ginger and chicken friend rice. After over an hour of delivery the food comes, no menu no extra ginger and chicken friend rice. I called the women “claimed” she was the manager then after my concerned proceeds to hang up in me. I call back multiple time being ignored after a guy answers says there is no manager.
