Taco Bell — Restaurant in Coventry

I am writing this review roughly 15 minutes after recieving the WORST fast food /customer service experience of my life. I used the app to order 2 boxes along with 2 fries ,a cinnamon twist and cinnabons. Although the food was not put in boxes and instead tossed in a bag, i had just asked for an empty bag to seperate our orders in which i did in the parking lot.( i usually do check my bags with big orders) . Unfortunately we were missing the 2 nacho fries and i immediately got back in line. I had spoke to 2 people explaining the food items were missing and as soon as i started pulling up past the speaker. the manager "kels" maybe kelsey or chelsea (if i misheard) called out on the speaker arguing with me that SHE KNOWS she put the food in there and I offered her to even check our bags because she then accused me of taking them out in an attempt to get free food . Her attitude was obnoxious and made me uncomfortable, making me seem like a thief just because she refused to admit the mistake and just give us the missing items. Even when i pulled up to window she had a nice girl talk to me instead and was telling her what to say instead of addressing me face to face. Inwhich kels ( the rude manager) told the nice employee to tell me that they cant give out free food and wouldnt give me a refund because i ordered online. After I stood my ground firmly the nice girl gave me the cash for the missing items.

So to sum it up the next time u think about ordering from this taco bell , DONT! U may be accused of being a thief even when they are stealing your money because of their mistakes !

Dear taco bell, is this how customers are treated...

I can only rate on service, the food was for Uber eats customers. I came in last weekend to pick up two orders, I've been doing this a long time and was astounded by the respect I was given. It was around 11 p.m so I thought the inside would be locked. I went through the drive through and was very kindly informed that I had to come inside. No problem. But people at other stores usually treat us with disdain even though it doesn't change their job. I don't get that but oh well. I went inside to grab my double order. I wanted to confirm because there were a lot of drinks on the shelf but my app was only showing one. A woman named Veronica was kind enough to help me sorted. Apparently they weren't mine. They were left by other drivers. She saw I walk with a cane because of my Neuropathy, arthritis and fibromyalsia. I was prepared to make multiple trips. That's what I have to do but you'd think more people could take a minute to help. They don't. I've been doing deliveries for 6 years between uber and doordash. Veronica is only the second person ever to help me get things to my car. I'm sorry it took so long. If the owner/manager is reading this, I'm almost positive it was last Saturday night. It all kindof blurs when you do it as much as I do 🤷‍♂️. Thank you again so much Veronica and I hope to see you again. Stay you, we need...

First time back to Taco Bell in a couple of months. It's Taco Bell, we know what to expect. But the tacos were a lot skimpier than our last visit and the lettuce didn't seem very fresh. This has been a less expensive alternative to a "better" Mexican restaurant but at least for the foreseeable future we'll be going to a more upscale place when we want Mexican.

Update from January 2024- This will definitely be my last stop at Taco Bell. I stopped and got 2 of the 3 taco combos to bring home for lunch, knowing of course " Taco Bell fast food, not a 5 star Mexican restaurant". My wife's soft taco combo was similar to the review above, skimpy but fairly palatable. My crunchy taco combo, however, is an entirely different story. First of all, extra skimpy, meat, cheese and lettuce barely there. Secondly, the shells were all stuck to the wrapper and broken. But the real kicker was the taco sauce. Got the Diablo hot sauce, which I have had numerous times. First taco tastes okay. Second taco I'm wondering why it tastes like pineapple. So I tear open another packet of the hot sauce and it tastes like pineapple and something bad. Obviously these packets are extremely old, been exposed to adverse conditions, or something else that made them spoil. Sorry, but after this experience I will not be going back...
