we had our son's three year old birthday party yesterday 09/04 @ 11am. The location is clean, the party hostess assigned to our party was attentive, cheerful, and felt connected to our party every step of the day.
The other employees throughout the establishment were friendly and attentive as well. Did iI mention this location was clean and didn't have a high usage kids smell? There were spots on the carpet that appeared to have been cleaned but that's not their fault.
I honestly was apprehensive when wife decided to have our party at Chuck E. Cheese and moderately pushed back to having it elsewhere, but it was honestly pretty nice experience. My child and three year old guests had fun with unlimited passes and so did we. The party was two hours long which i felt was sufficient for our three year old and didn't force us to remain an additional hour hosting and risking a meltdown.
Even the day we went to inquire about the party the employee at the gate when you entered cheerfully answered all our questions about hosting a party there and. it wasn't even his job to do so. He could have simply sent us to speak to a manager or someone in charge of parties @ that location but he was content with helping. I mention this because it's rare going anywhere with multiple employees and not running into at least one that has an attitude or simply appears to not care. We did not experience any negativity, attitudes, or frowns. I don't know if it was due to our party being the first one of the day at opening but it was definitely noticeable. i'm not affiliated nor know anyone that works here so maybe the management is taking care of their employees here or they must be pumping oxygen Las Vegas style for such a great staff and experience. i wish i could say anything constructive about the staff but i can't think of anything tbh.
Cons: There were a few games that were not functional during our visit... i was looking forward to play whack a mole with my little one but that's about it.
If you may get past a few out of order games i'd definitely give this location a try. i also won't put up a fight or resistance if the wife attempts to host another party here in the future. they were even kind enough to reserve tables around our party so we were not cramped. i appreciated that a lot. :)
i'll give this...
Read moreI have been here three times as a party guest, and just when I think it can't get worse it does. I understand sometimes stuff happens like the roof leak. About half the games were not working, but what really irks me is how dirty it is. We got there right after opening, the trash cans were overflowing the whole place was filty as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The ice coming out of the ice machine was full of black chunks as was the soda out of the dispensers, this is a total lack of cleaning. You take off the caps from the soda dispenser and clean them nightly, and you take a brush and hot water and clean the spigets nightly, the ice machine at least once a week you empty it and scrub it down. The salad bar was filthy and rank. The odor of sewage was overwhelming, photo to follow. You may have a roof leak, but the smell of sewage throughout the building came from your filthy never properly cleaned bathrooms. How hasn't the health department closed you guys down. Cold food was warm, hot food was cool, there is a reason there are food temperature guidelines and that is to reduce the risk of food borne illness. The flooding of the bathroom can be a source of fecal borne illness, just because one bathroom stall isn't flooded, doesn't make it clean, sanitary, or acceptable. With your roof leaks you should have closed this place instead of placing children's lives in danger!💩💩💩🤢😨😵😷. The photos are just a small representation it was much worse. More tiles could have fallen from the ceiling and injured a child, the ceiling was falling in. The managers response was, we can't do anything about the rain, no but you could have done something before all this happened. Or at least one stall isn't flooded and sewage surrounded it. This make me angry, the standard is so low this is worse than a third world country. It is shame that not a single employee felt any embarrassment or shame. Hoods like this is what people...
Read moreI’m having a hard time believing some of these reviews. This place is rediculously under staffed and when you find them, they seem to be confused and are wondering around. I was there on 10/20/18 (the same day I’m writing this) and the 2 hours I was there I only saw two tables cleaned. I witnessed guests clearing tables because there weren’t any clean tables to sit at and staff failed to clean them once guests left. Let’s discuss prizes! I understand that inflation causes prices to go up and we must adjust. But if my kid isn’t a professional arcade gamer who can get a steady 30 tickets per game, they will be lucky to come out with a peice of candy (airhead costs 100 tickets). Food quality: I regret ordering food, especially for the prices. I should have ordered dominos instead of buying the cardboard box that came out of the kitchen. Overall, management needs to train their staff. I shouldn’t have to go look for someone, ask them to come do their job, and wait 10 minutes after I asked them when a monkey could have seriously done their job. Whoever the owner is, you pay these people to hang out and talk instead of work. Get your business together or you will continue to see your...
