Horrible. Used to be good. The food is good. But the customer service DEPLORABLE. What happened? Dont even visit the Sierra lakes Fontana restaurant , that one in particular employs young people that lack the basic social skills to treat people in a decent manner. They completely ignore customers and in your face they purposely let you stand there until you give up and leave. My experience and others. I have researched others opinions at my work store Lowes and many feel the same. BAD EXPERIENCE. YOU WON'T BE SERVED. Ordered a salad on the app with the $4 off offer, and food was ready when I arrived. However, I decided to get a drink and wanted to use my reward for “free large drink” in store but couldn’t do it b/c I had previously redeemed the $4 off coupon for this order. I genuinely did not know you cannot use “offer” more than once a day. The older gentleman at the counter made an insulting remarks and said “yeah only once a day, what do you think?
