This review is definitely long overdue, but we wanted to be able to truly capture just how awesome Rob is and was to us. He truly went above and beyond for us and because of him, we now have our dream home. He set aside a whole Saturday to view homes with us and knowing that we were about to be first time homeowners, he always pointed out a few things to keep in mind for each home which truly helped us further narrow down what we were looking for and what to avoid. At the end of the day, we put it one offer and when it came back with a multiple counter offer, he went to bat for us and shared our story with the sellers. He really truly cares about you and your story and what your hopes and dreams are. And thanks to him, they chose us over the counter offer stating that they’d offer $5,000 more over whatever we submitted. On top of all of this, he always made sure to check in on us while we were in escrow and knowing that we would be off getting married while escrow was set to close, he made sure that everything was in order before we left and would always send us updates no matter how small they were. We were able to travel to Mexico and get married without any worries because we knew Rob would handle anything that came our way with such ease. Not only that, we felt so incredibly comfortable with him. So much so that we invited him and his family to our wedding after only knowing him for a few weeks! Upon closing, he surprised us with such a thoughtful set up when we received our keys and even came to our housewarming party. Rob will always hold a special place with us. I have no words to express my gratitude to Robert Montenegro for making it possible to own the house of my dreams. We were actually planning to start looking for a house in November but could not wait after seeing the pictures of a beautiful home in Chino Hills. We contacted Robert and let him know about our interest on this house. Robert let us know that showings were placed on hold because there was too much interest on the house. My heart was crushed but Robert kept on calling the selling agent and was able to convince her to let us tour the house on the last day it was on the market. We initially lost the house due to a bidding war but Robert kept in contact with the agent since he knew that was my dream home. A week after, Robert called us to let us know that my dream house was on the market again and we could bid again on it since the selling agent was going to give us the first opportunity to be able to get it!
