Panda Express — Restaurant in Covina

About the week of July 21 and it was about 5:30pm ? We come to the Panda Express at 980 E Badillo We walked in and no line so we looked to see what we're ordering and they had a lot of empty dirty bowls no food in them. The employee hello what would you like, so with the only they had. We made our order we both got the 3 meat and 1 side. My side was Chow mein but it didn't really look like Chow main. We when home eat our food and it was okay but both of us said never again are we going back there.The only think we still had money left on our gift card. I was in a line with at least 7 other people no one was helping anyone. The chick at the registers was going back and forth between the freezer room and just chit chatting with a customer who paid minutes ago, the dude who was supposed to be helping make peoples orders was working on what seemed to be a catering order that no one was there to pickup for at least 10 mins before actually helping anyone.
