My family and I are new to the area and wanted some Chinese food. We saw this restaurant online and thought it would be a good spot to eat after shopping. Online it was ranked 3 stars but we didn’t think nothing of it. Once we got our table and went to get food that’s when we notice questionable things about the restaurant. For starters there wasn’t any selection of the food and our table was super sticky. When putting food on our plates we started questioning wether the food was fresh or not but we just brushed it off and went back to our table. After a couple bites we notice that the food was indeed not fresh as my boyfriends mom had a hard time cutting an egg roll…( it was rock hard). I took a bite of the rice it tasted stale with freeze dry veggies that tasted wrong. The chicken products were not great as well because they tasted like old chicken. Towards the end we didn’t feel comfortable eating the prepared food so my boyfriend mom and himself ate the ice cream from the outside vendor ( the only thing that was good along with the drinks ). They had fruit and pastries as well but that even looked questionable has one of the pastries didn’t taste like what we assumed it was to be a macaron. Once we got the bill it was extremely expensive for the quality of the products being served and with the bill we got fortune cookies. When I went to open my I noticed that the packaging was already open and the cookie was in fact very stale. My boyfriend and his parents cookies were stale as well and the packaging wasn’t open. Overall this restaurant is a huge health hazard and we wished we looked into the reviews more has some mention roaches and other health violations were mentioned ! I personally think this restaurant deserves a zero starts...
Read moreI hate giving bad reviews. This food is sub par at best. Ordered takeout for general TSO chicken, orange chicken, and egg rolls. Egg rolls were raw. Like raw, raw. The chicken was cooked well but had an overpowering smell and taste of vinegar. Totally inedible. The "fried rice" was YELLOW rice with frozen peas & carrots and grossly undercooked onion. I called the restaurant to let them know. The lady who answered was nice but kept saying "I'm sorry you didn't like the way it tastes" . She mentioned the general TSO chicken has the same sauce as sweet and sour. Um, excuse me? Wouldn't that make it sweet and sour chicken??? I didn't order sweet & sour chicken! My hubby ate the orange chicken. He ate it...but said it was gross. I called Uber eats and got my order refunded.
Look guys, I know each restaurant is different, but pics don't lie. This sauce was a pale pasty gross version of I don't know what and hope I don't get sick from it.
To the owners, step up your food game. Don't be so complacent and feed people food that looks like this. Find your pride...
Read moreWe placed the order online. The app was easy to use and they sent reminders by text when the food was ready. It took us a long time to get there because we were busy. The restaurant called us to make sure we had the correct address. That was nice. We arrived at the restaurant to pick up the food and the lady took a long while to get it to us. The order was complete with everything we needed such as chopsticks, sauce, and fortune cookies. It was packed well. The price was good. I ordered sesame chicken and spring rolls. The chicken was just okay. I could taste the oil where it was fried. I did not like the spring rolls at all as they were soft inside. I doubt I will be eating here but I worked at a Chinese restaurant in my youth so I am very picky about...
