Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Covington

We are frequent customers of this location, and I've come to expect a certain level of service. Typically, the service is good, but the past few orders have been delayed so much so that we were unable to eat in the time afforded us.

In our line of work, we have a very small window with which we are allowed to eat, and a late order prevents us from eating for the entirety of our work day. We understand that these things happen, but our orders are placed enough in advance to accommodate such an oversight in the delivery process. (It's only two pizzas.)

As I write this, my staff and I have been patiently waiting for thirty minutes past the expected delivery time. In thirty additional minutes, we will have no more time left to eat, so we are hoping it does arrive soon.

We typically don't complain, but this has been part of a growing trend of unsatisfactory service.

UPDATE: We cancelled our order. We placed it at 9:27 and had a 12:30 delivery scheduled. When we called at 1:30, they said the wings weren't ready yet. Again, we understand that things get backed up, but this has made sure that 10 people will not eat for a...

I walked in to pick up my pizza and was met at the counter by a girl at the counter who looked pissed that I was there. I gave her my name and she just stared at me for a moment before walking away. She showed back up after a while and went into the warmer to get my food. She puts it on the counter, messes with the computer for a few seconds, looking back at me a few times. She then just walked away without saying a word. Not a single word was spoken to me at all the entire time I was in the store. I had to go next door to buy soda because she disappeared. Ordered wings and fries there at 12:20 and didnt recieve my order until 2:20. Food was inedible. Everytime I tried calling to report the issue got an extended answering service. One time the hold time was over 20 minutes. Finally got the manage after 2 hours and all they said was I will deduct 20%. When the driver finally arrived, he was nonchalant and didnt give me the offered discoiunt and food was horrible. Tried calling again but got the answering service again. Still could not get a live person to communicate with. Worst service ever! Worst food! I will not be ordering there ever...
